Very unique experience

Check in was a little late and they were still cleaning when we arrived but overall this place was super cool and unique. It would be a great spot for a celebration!

The place was amazing, huge, and very bedazzled!Love the wild motif. The beds were comfortable. Nice patio area. The shower was awesome, water fall setting like a shoulder massage and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would say that would be an improvement is if the AC was a bit better, we were there during almost 90 degree days, but it was still ok. Also, adding a karaoke set up would be pretty cool. All and all it was a great stay!

Party of the year!

We booked this Palace for a birthday party, and it exceeded all expectations. Easily accommodated 50 people, everyone was blown away by decor and location.

Too awesome!

We rented the property to host a birthday party and got so much more than we could have hoped for! Arron and his team were awesome from check in to check out. We will definitely be booking for future stays and events! Oh and the view of the Space Needle was magnificent!

The host brought a new bbq when they no longer had one. When host saw that I was planning to cook he brought brand new waffle maker and oven roaster. When I told him their coffee maker didn’t work he brought a brand new one. He worked hard to make us comfortable

My stay was completed in the 1st week of September with a large group of 8 women. Unfortunately, the delayed review is due to having to submit a fraud claim against this company for an attempted money grab on deposit charges for ALREADY EXISTING STAINS on a mattress. They accused us of leaving stains on a mattress when, in actuality, EVERY SINGLE MATTRESS (except ones you could roll out to the living room if extras are needed) in the place had existing stains that they are, seemingly, trying to charge current customers for. The manager confirmed, in writing, they would refund the 150 charge against our deposit, but never actually ended up doing so, even after MULTIPLE attempts to reconcile and confirming they would issue a refund. Ultimately, this forced me to submit a fraud claim to my credit card company. The communication was fine on the lead-up but horrible afterwards. This is fully on the manager and could have been handled in a very short turnaround without any sour taste left. If you stay here, know now to take pictures and when you strip the bedding, which the company requires upon checkout, expect to be disgusted and then charged for what already exists. There are way too many options in Seattle to waste 2 months of your time after your stay fighting over fraud charges.

Don’t look beyond the surface

The sky palace was a unique experience. At first glance, the property appeared as in the listing. Soon though we realized how superficial all the furniture and furnishings were. Some of more remarkable discrepancies included lack of a meaningful kitchen, no over, limited working sound system, no door on the second bathroom, ceilings that were still office drop ceiling tiles, broken piano, limited silverware, and on. While there, there was an attempted robbery at the pot shop immediately downstairs. Oh, also the front door could not be locked and the bathroom light shone into the main bedroom. The service staff was not readily available despite saying they were “on the way”. It was an interesting stay but only because of the audacity of the effort put into bedazzling the place.
