Location is a prime area to everything in/around downtown Charlotte. Parking was plentiful and neighborhood was quiet. The inside decor was very comfortable and communication with the property manager/owner was seamless. Came in town for the Carolina Panthers game and it was literally a 10 - 15 minute walk to the stadium. There is a nice park with trail, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Too easy of a decision! I'll be back..

Great location. We were close to downtown. The home was very clean, nicely upgraded and had many extra amenities. We also had great communication with the property manager. Overall, great experience.

Came for the Carolina Panthers home opener. This stay was awesome. The environment was spacious, clean and modern. I will look to see the availability again when coming to Charlotte. Logan is a great host who was outstanding in communication throughout this stay from booking to conclusion. A great experience!

When I travel for business I can never quite find the perfect place. Until now. This was ideal - both in terms of size and comfort, as well as amenities. The home gym was awesome.

Awesome Charlotte Townhome

We spent a couple of nights in this townhome and loved it. The host has put a lot of effort into getting everything right for the guests. Any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner.

Our new place to stay in Charlotte

Very well appointed and stocked; bathrooms and coffee bar especially. A few minor house cleaning miscues. Towel bar in back bedroom bath was broken. Furnishings and appointment very nice.

The location of the property was perfect for my sister and me, as we could walk to the Charlotte FC game, as well as to many restaurants and some breweries. The instructions and guide were very helpful and clear. I would definitely stay here again for future events at Bank of America Stadium.

Superb!

From making the reservation to exiting the property , all went smoothly. As clean as my own home and equally comfortable. Probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. Loved that there was toothpaste, floss and shower caps. The coffee bar was on point, too. I’ll be back!

Just what we needed!

Pros: Property is located in a quiet area with other townhomes. Walkable to BOA (15-20 minutes) and a few minutes drive to a grocery store if needed. Very well appointed unit, cool coffee station and bar set, very clean and great communication from the host. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft and cozy. Overall a great stay.Cons (minimal): Had trouble closing the back bedroom door without it getting stuck. The shower in the back bathroom has a floorpan that is cracked; everything functions just fine, just a strange contrast to the rest of the unit which was remodeled beautifully. There are no blackout curtains in the bedrooms so, if you're like me, when the sun gets up, so do you- but I just may be more sensitive than most.

Great location

We stayed here for one night when we attended a concert at The Fillmore. The location was very convenient to our venue, not within walking distance but an easy drive. We also had easy drivable access to Cook Out for the teens and we were close to I-77. My kids loved the workout space downstairs! And the coffee station. I’d definitely stay here again!
