Pendene Villa est une grande propriété privée avec piscine privée et climatisation. La piscine est clôturée pour la sécurité des enfants.
Nous gardons notre villa bien entretenue et immaculée. Si vous avez des contacts à Maurice, nous vous recommandons de faire vérifier la villa avant de réserver. Même si la villa peut accueillir 11 personnes, elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes avec un peu de flexibilité et de créativité. Donc, si votre groupe dépasse 11 personnes, demandez et nous pourrons discuter des dispositions pour dormir. PENDENE est une spacieuse villa individuelle à seulement 10/15 minutes à pied de la meilleure plage de baignade de Pereybere et à une distance similaire de Grand Baie - shopping mauricien et "capitale" de la vie nocturne. A 10 minutes en voiture se trouve Mont Choisy - l'une des plus grandes plages de sable de l'île. Le supermarché et le magasinage de produits locaux sont à moins de 10 minutes. La villa de style colonial a des balcons avant et arrière et des vues sur des miles.
La villa dispose d'une grande piscine privée et d'un grand patio avec barbecue et jardins tropicaux à l'avant et à l'arrière. Il est discrètement géré par l'équipe de mari et femme Garcon & Baby, qui sera là pour vous accueillir à votre arrivée, vous montrer où tout se trouve et vous aider à vous installer avec le minimum de tracas. Un transfert à prix réduit pour la voiture et l'aéroport peut être organisé pour vous et un service de femme de chambre quotidien est disponible pour un petit supplément.
Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation et des ventilateurs électriques dans le salon, des jeux intérieurs et une bibliothèque + TV - DVD - Play Station.

Autres équipements: Cuisine exceptionnellement équipée avec lave-vaisselle - four micro-ondes - 5 plaques de cuisson et une pléthore d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle et couverts.
Buanderie pour votre lessive avec fer et planche à repasser. Des glacières pour pique-niquer à la plage.

Excellent villa well able to cope with my family of 6 adults and 4 children. It was so big and spacious, we never felt on top of one another. The kitchen had more than we needed. The pool was stunning! So big, clean, and protected by a security fence and gate...which we didn't expect as it wasn't in the advertising photos, but very welcome peace of mind as we had children. The caretaker, Nitish, lives next door and was really helpful with any issues or queries.

What an incredible and excellent villa! Close to beautiful beaches and shops. Property management onsite is amazing. Beach club 2Beach is around the corner and is a great way to see the beach and enjoy excellent drinks and food!

1st time in Mauritius

Property was as per the photos on the website. It was clean and very spacious. Even with 8 people it never felt crowded. Loved the holiday and the villa helped make the holiday special. It had a nice large pool which was used daily. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. My brother even stated that he would miss the villa as it was perfect for our needs.

Amazing spacious house

The house keepers family is adorable and always there to help. The house is huge so is the pool. Very complete equipment and appliances. Quiet neighbourhood just 5 ms away from Grand Baie by car. The house 's owner is very kind and helpfull too. Thank you Wendy! Will definitively come back.

A Wonderful Stay

I planned a trip to Mauritius and was looking for places to stay. Unfortunately I did not plan enough in advance. Luckily I was able to find Pendene Villa and Wendy, the owner, was very helpful in reserving her villa for 2 nights for us. The only 2 nights available during my trip to Mauritius. I wish we could have stayed in the villa for the entire trip. We had a warm welcome from Garcon and he gave us a tour of the whole villa. The villa is very spacious and was very cleaned upon arrival. We love the fact that it has a private pool. We spent New Year's Eve in the villa and could not have been better. The facilities and amenities in the villa were amazing. I will definitely book the villa again on my next trip and will make sure I book it way in advance this time.

Thank you JF for this kind review. I am sorry I was not able to accommodate your group for your entire stay due to near maximum occupancy in December. Nevertheless you appreciated the facilities, independence and flexibility of staying in a private self catering villa as opposed to the Hotel you stayed at. As a Canadian I hope you are now aware that last minute booking is virtually impossible for the months of Dec/Jan/Feb/March in villas of this quality in Mauritius. I would be delighted to be of assistance to you and your family/friends in the future but if you are looking to book the villa for end of year festivities I strongly advise that you do so well in advance. Xmas/NY 2013 was booked 18 months in advance and 3 groups are at present vying for 2014/15 availability!! I was also very pleased to hear from GARCON our caretaker/manager that members of your family thoroughly enjoyed spending New Year at the villa instead of restrictions of the Hotel!! We loved it!

We spent 3 weeks at Pendine Villa near Pereybere beach summer 2009.Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenagers so we had tons of room in the villa which is extremely well maintained and appointed, really big , with loads of extras like books, games, hairdryers, pool toys, bbq, etc. The booking process was easy with plenty of tips from the owners, and when we arrived we were unbelieveably well looked after by Garcon and his wife Bebe who live very close and are keen to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The location is good , within an easy walk to Pereybere however we hired a car at very good rates and travelled around to various beaches as well. I think if you go for self catering over the hotel route you experience a lot more of the real Mauritius without being ripped off by the hoteliers. Eating out is generally very reasonable and everyone is very friendly. We would defiintely recommend the villa and Mauritius overall as a holiday destination.

Fantastic holiday

We were two families who stayed over the half term break in October 2012. Have to stay everything was absolutely perfect. Right from the outset Wendy, the owner, could not have been more helpful. She offered many good tips and always responded swiftly to any queries. She organised the transfer from the airport and from the moment we arrived at the villa Garcon and Bebe looked after us. Having them on site was not intrusive and a great comfort in terms of security. Garcon booked us trips, Bebe cooked for us and both seemed to be on a mission to make sure we all got the most out of our holiday. Villa was spacious and clean as was the pool. Would strongly recommed anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful island to book this villa. Ideally located and ensures you get out and about to explore the island. Can never understand why people book into all-inclusive hotels and then spend 14 days in the same place!!!

My assurance to you from the time you inquire about the villa to the time you catch your flight back home is that you go to Mauritius and enjoy your holiday and leave the organising to me. Très belle maison , grande et spacieuse. Manque juste 2-3 équipement mais globalement très bien ! Le jour se lève très tôt à Maurice et des rideaux obscurcissants seraient bien sinon rien d autre à dire .

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances dans la villa qui était très bien équipée. Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation et la cuisine était en très bon état. La seule suggestion pour améliorer notre expérience serait qu'il y ait la clim dans le séjour également car la chaleur a Grand baie en été est étouffante. L'extérieur et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Neetish, le gardien, était disponible a chaque fois que nous avions eu besoin de son aide. Pour résumer, nous avons été comblé par la villa et nous le recommandons à 100%

EXCELLENT SEJOUR A LA VILLA PENDENE

Villa très grande et agréable. tout le monde a apprécié la grande piscine. L'accueil parfait de Pooja et Nitish toujours à disposition pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Vraiment bravo à eux. petit bémol, l'intérieur de la villa aurait besoin d'un peu de rafraichissement et modernité, mais comme on est tout le temps à l'extérieur ce détail n'a que peu d'importance.

Endroit très agréable

Très bon sejour dans l'ensemble. Villa idéalement située et spacieuse. Gardiens sympathiques et disponibles. Seul petit bémol : l'état des salles de bain (douche/wc) pas en tres bon etat et pas pratiques. Nous recommandons.

Born, raised and educated in Bristol in UK I now live in a small village in the outskirts of the city. Married with 2 daughters both my husband and I are now retirees having worked in Health Care fields our entire career.

I holidayed in Mauritius in the year 2000 and fell in love with the country and the people, hence our investment in this little paradise. Designed and built to our specification the villa provides comfort, space, peace and tranquillity with a touch of luxury. Kitted to a high standard it feels like home away from home which is reflected and supported by many of our guests reviews.
And yes, my husband refers to Mauritius and the villa as his stress-busting therapeutic paradise!

Having chosen Mauritius to invest in, we intentionally built the villa some 10/15 minutes walking distance from the Beach.
This decision was borne from experience gained in year 2000 when we stayed in a Beach villa. It then came to light that all the beaches in Mauritius are public and the all-night parties were rather tiresome and a nuisance to say the least.
We feel we have the best of both worlds! A short walking distance to the beach yet far enough to provide peace and tranquillity for a relaxing holiday.
