This place is close to Shawano Lake, Loon Lake and Washington Lake and fun outdoor activities (fishing, boating, etc. in the summer; ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter). You will be just a 10 minute drive to Shawano, where you can find whatever you forgot to pack. You are also just 40 minutes away from historic Lambeau Field!

Super close to the county park where we had a family wedding! Quiet neighborhood with a mix of homes and trailers! Super nice backyard, overall great value!

Great Property Off Water

Situated on a nice size lot with grill and firepit. Inside very cozy. Kids ands dogs loved it. Truck and boat fit easily in the driveway.

Shawano is a beautiful area to visit. Smaller surrounding towns are also a pleasure to visit. Very easy to get to any of the places from this property. We were there for "Sun Drop Days". What a great community celebration.

Good location and clean

The communication with the owner was easy and timely. The house was clean and had plenty of beach towels which was appreciated. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty in the shower, that was a disappointment as I did not realize until in the shower, luckily we had a bar of soap with us. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned and our friends at the campground.

Excellent stay

It was quiet we would stay their again very clean inside n out .. the only thing we didnt like was not having any controll over the heat when it was cold during the day the heat was kicked down to 60 it was on a set timer but all n all we liked it n we would rent it again

Great property!

The property was well maintained and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful. Even with an ice storm happening outside, we were warm and happy inside. We'll definitely be returning!

Communication was good. Appreciated all the hooks for hanging towels/coats/etc. Boot tray was a nice touch by the door. While the cabin was simple and clean enough, we were not expecting the rudimentary amenities or bedding. The outer bedding on each bed was worn and of questionable cleanliness with (cigarette)burns on one. Trying to find clean linen for the couches was challenging and we found comforters/blankets were shoved in a closet in piles. It did not inspire confidence in its cleanliness either There were no toiletries in the shower as advertised. The room with the “double sofa” was extremely cold. Was surprised to see someone’s clothes in the closet. Felt like we snuck in someone’s personal home and they weren’t expecting us. We only slept here and opted not to shower day 2. I can see this may be great for a guys fishing trip or groups not needing to get ready or care where they sleep. Our family of 5 in town for a family Christmas should choose differently next time.

NFL Draft

We stayed here while attending the NFL draft. Although a little bit of a drive (45 minutes) from the stadium. It was really easy to get to and made it easy to hit some Breakfast/dinner areas outside of the city. The cabin was clean and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The two living room areas would be able to support a lot more people also. We were very pleased with our stay especially for the price.

Well-equipped and a great value

We had a bit of trouble getting into the home at first, but Justin was gracious and helpful. The place looked much like the photos. While there were more personal belongings than we’re used to in a rental, it was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped for a longer stay.The house isn’t particularly stylish, but it was comfortable
 especially the king bed! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes and mobile homes. We met friendly neighbors and enjoyed some beautiful walks with our dog.The location is great for the cost: a short walk to the Loon Lake boat launch, a quick drive to Shawano County Park, about 15 minutes to downtown Shawano, and roughly a 20-minute walk to the golf course, which has a restaurant. Overall, it was a great value and priced lower than most other rentals in the area.
