Your San Diego adventure begins at this 1-bedroom condo. Step inside this adorable space that offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Amenities include and private patio with a BBQ & Jacuzzi, a private single car garage, a washing machine, heating, and WiFi, your stay will be both enjoyable and convenient. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out in the living room. Sleeps 4 total. There are smart TVs in the bedroom and living room and wifi service throughout. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Each room was amazingly clean! The patio was so comfortable and clean, very clean hot tub! Fully equipped kitchen made family meals enjoyable. The condo was very walking distance to beach, grocery store, and night activities.Hillary was an awesome host!! Will book again with her for sure!!

Very clean. Very good host communication. It's "cozy" and the kitchen was well equipped. Grill and spa were nice as was the outdoor area. The kitchen is small. Well the countertops are minimal. It was hard to cook in a place with only a few feet of counter space. Appliances were good. No dishwasher. Bathroom was new. In decent shape. Bedroom was good size. Newer furniture. No AC. (Not uncommon in San Diego)

We just spent 3 nights at this location and it was the perfect SD beach getaway for me, wife and daughter and 2 small dogs. We didn't want to stay right on beach and found this location checked all boxes. It's only a short walk (with dogs) to the coastline, and it's on a safe quiet block close to shops, restaurants and more. It provided a safe and secure garage for 1 car although there is off-street parking as well. The condo itself was perfect! It was clean upon arrival, and appeared to be recently updated with newer floors, furniture, appliances, and updated bathroom. It also had a great little private back patio with hot tub. We spent our days sightseeing north to Solana Beach and La Jolla and south to Ocean Beach and Point Loma Sunset Cliffs. It was nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable home base. I highly recommend and will undoubtedly book again. Host, Hillary, was responsive upon arrival and was available all weekend with any questions. Great overall stay...don't waist time searching and searching. This truly is a PB gem! 10/10!

Everything at this location was perfect for us. Other than the fact that my 22 foot truck wouldn’t fit the garage.. The location is great. The condo was outstanding, especially outside porch in the hot tub. The price is right on point the 10 out of 10 book it.! and they take pets!Thank you, Hillary. Everything was wonderful..

HILLARY AND MARC ARE VERY ACCOMODATING HOSTS! COMMUNICATION WITH THEM BEFORE AND DURING OUR STAY WAS SEAMLESS. THE RENTAL HAS PRIVATE PARKING, COMFORTABLE, QUIET, AND A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE OUTSDE COURTYARD AT THE RENTAL ALWAYS HAD A NICE BREEZE AND WAS VERY PRIVATE. THERE IS A SUPERB WALKWAY ON THE BLUFF ABOVE THE BEACH WITH GRASSY AREAS, BENCH SEATING, GREAT RESTAURANTS, EASY BEACH ACCESS AND CONSTANT COOL BREEZES - A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY THE SUN AND WATCH THE SURFERS. THE INTERIOR LAYOUT WAS PERFECT FOR TWO OR THREE GUESTS....AND A PUP! THE LOCATION IS SUPERB - FOOD STORE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND EASY ACCESS TO LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN.

Had a great stay here, the location was very convenient, lots of beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was modern and clean and looked just like the photos. Nice to have garage access and a private patio with hot tub!

This is a great location, walkable to restaurants and the beach. This is a lower unit with entrance access through the alley only. Some noise from tenant living above. Patio area and hot tub were nice.
