Guests have exclusive use of the top floor of the home: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas.

The basement is a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment that is currently occupied under a long-term arrangement. There are no shared interior spaces. Typical household sounds may be heard.

Guest access

Guests access the main level only. No access to the basement apartment or its entry. Driveway and main-level entry as provided in check-in instructions.


From Highway, take Ivanhoe Road for 9 miles
Turn left onto Riverview Road
Continue on Riverview and veer left onto Shortleaf Lane
The home is on your left when enterings from the road

- Pets allowed. The yard is fenced in, to close it off completely you must shut the front gate at the driveway.
- Cripple Creek Farm is a working farm. During Harvest Season you may see the farmers on the land.
- There is about a mile of gravel road to get to the property. The road is very well maintained.
-This home offers 4 horse stalls available for guest use. *feed/water buckets not included*
- Pets allowed with additional $100 pet fee.
- The yard is fenced in, to close it off completely you must shut the front gate at the driveway.
- Coffee Maker (Regular Pot)

Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
