Lets be honest! You need a vacation!
Come to Fortuna Bay Island Escape, built in 2021, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1757sq ft home. This coastal townhome is great for sunsets, tans, private HEATED pool time during October-February, fishing on the canal across the street, playing sand volleyball or at the park across the street, playing some games, grilling some bbq, outdoor entertainment and more! The beach is down the street, a 5 min cruise in a golf cart!
Come on out and relax while you get away!
This townhome provides a private entrance and garage access. You will enter into an open spacious floor plan to bring the whole family togeter with lots of room for fun. It is fully furnished and provides multiple beds to sleep 11 comfortably. It has a fenced in backyard to enjoy and hangout by the private HEATED pool.
Bedroom 1:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress so you can relax and have a great nights rest. USB port chargers are on each side of the night stands so you can easily charge your electronics. The room has a walk in closet and a dresser for extra space. An attached walk in high pressure shower bathroom that provides a hair dryer, bathing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A flat screen Roku TV is mounted on the wall and you are more than welcome to sign into any apps that are available. This bedroom has an attached balcony with outdoor comfortable furniture to enjoy your coffee, a book, a cold one, sunsets, or even sunrises.
Bedroom 2:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. USB port chargers are on each side of the night stands so you can easily charge your electronics. The room also has a closet to place your belongings in. A flat screen Roku TV is mounted on the wall and you are more than welcome to sign into any apps that are available.
Bedroom 3:
Offers a stand alone Queen bed and next to it is a fullsize top/bottom bunkbed. USB port chargers are on each side of the night stands so you can easily charge your electronics. The room also has a closet to place your belongings in. A flat screen Roku TV is mounted on the wall and you are more than welcome to sign into any apps that are available.
Guest bathroom upstairs:
A full tub/high pressure shower bathroom that provides a hair dryer, bathing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The Living Room:
Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. A Smart flat screen TV and an electronic fire place to use on those cold nights. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages.
The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a fabulous-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 4 and the bar can seat 4. Morning coffee will be a Keurig with pods provided. Across the kitchen wall is a great big black chalk board for everyone to enjoy and get creative with ART and games during your stay!
The Laundry Room:
Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.
Outside:
You will have a fabulous furnished patio with lots of entertaining space. 2 loungers, a dining table that seats 7, and a sofa to relax and take in the island air. A HEATED plunge pool during the months of October-February.
What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods)
*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer)
*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)
*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)
*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as pool or beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower!
Pool/beach towels are provided during your stay!
Location:
This townhome has a garage you are more than welcome to use during your stay. There is parking for 2 in the drive way where you can also park a boat or trailer. Street parking is also available. We please ask to not park or block the neighbor that is beside you. You are more than welcome to use the boat ramp across the street, however please do not leave your trailer/vechile in the parking lot. Parking at the boat ramp is for residentials only.
Pool:
This property has a plunge hangout pool, 24/7, all year round. The heater can be used from the months of October-February. Go to take a load off and relax. There is plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan! Pool toys are provided in the pool bin. Please remember to rinse off all toys if you take them to the beach with the water hose provided when you return them!
Grills:
A BBQ gas grill with cooking essentials provided.
Golf Carts:
We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in the rental guide link we send you. You will have access to the golf cart rental link and discount code.
Fishing:
You can fish off the canal across the street, down the street at the beach or you can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!
Beach:
Whitecap Beach is a 5 min drive.
Bob Hall Beach is a 7 min drive.
JP Luby Beach is a 8 min drive.
Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.
Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive.
Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.
You will have access to the entire condo.
The beach is a 5min drive. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking.
We have partnered with other local small businesses on the island, and when you book with us, you will receive great perks in the rental guide we provide (including discounts with golf cart rentals, beach rentals, grocery concierge, in home massages, boutiques, salons, and free appetizers at certain resaurants)
*This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if youâre bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($150). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!
*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.
*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.
*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.Â
