Marchez jusqu'à la plage. 2 / 10ths mile à la plage privée sur Bass River et à distance de marche de West Dennis Beach. enfant cour arrière en toute sécurité Gated. Cette maison dispose de 6 chambres et 3 salles de bains et dispose de la climatisation centrale. Il est situé à distance de marche de la plage de West Dennis et Bass River- parfait pour la natation et la navigation de plaisance! Il y a trois chambres sur un étage avec une salle de séjour avec une cheminée et une cuisine moderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une salle à manger avec des sièges pour 12 personnes. Il y a un pont au large de la la salle à manger avec de nombreux sièges et une vue sur la belle cour fermée arrière.

La cour fermée arrière dispose d'une cabine de douche extérieure et une belle terrasse pour manger en plein air avec beaucoup de sièges et un gril à gaz.

Il y a trois autres chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande salle familiale et une buanderie et un grand garage 2 voitures avec une table de ping-pong pour le plaisir de la famille

The house was just what our group of 10 needed. The two floors of A/C living space gave our kids and grandkids their own space (when needed)! The property was in a great location, very close to West Dennis Beach, We also walked to the private small beach on the Bass River which was great for the 3 year old. It was a great vacation!

Amazing!

It was in a great neighborhood location! Beaches all close by with access to a private beach for the neighborhood! House was clean, warm and inviting! Hope to stay again next September!!

Great house for large group

The house was great; like two in one. Good spaces for our 4 families. The little beach and fishing were wonderful for the young ones. West Dennis Beach was one of the best. The water was 75-80….amazing! We did backwards beach days, getting there at 3:45…no fees and fewer people.

West Dennis Vacation

Great week at the Cape! The house was in a very nice neighborhood with 0.7 mile walk to West Dennis beach and 20 min drive to Mayflower beach. Plenty of room for our group of 10 with the 6 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and A/C. Kitchen was well stocked, indoor table seated 10 and also a nice patio, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space for parking and close to Rte 28. Highly recommend this house with 3 Bdrs up and 3 Bdrs down.

Perfect

As a family we were very privileged to have relatives who lived on the Cape and have had many happy holidays there. We were a little apprehensive about renting as we did not know what to expect but the house was absolutely fabulous. There was everything available to make the house home from home. Fabulous, quiet location but in easy reach of everything. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fanatastic stay

This was a perfect place to stay for my large family. The layout is great to have older ones on one level and little ones on another to avoid them being kept awake. House is solid and noise does not travel at all throughout. Central AC was perfect. Enclosed private yard for the kids to run and play. Firepit was perfect. Super short walk to small beach with jungle gym for kids. About a 10 minute walk to beach but totally worth it. Very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

Family reunion

Our second time here as a family. The place is very roomy and clean. Worked perfect for 3 families! Walking distance to beach, bars, boats so nice area. Only knock and it’s not on the house it’s west Dennis beach is not great. Mayflower is so much better! That’s a short drive. Also, wish linens were included that is a pain. Would definitely recommend.

Cape Vacation in West Dennis

This rental property met all of our needs for an extended family vacation for 12 people! The outdoor shower was just what we needed after a day at the beach with 5 children. The fenced backyard was the perfect place for our crew to get their energy out within the safe confines of the backyard. The fire pit was great for s'mores our favorite dessert! The MVP was the back deck which is in the shade from mid afternoon on...It is protected from the wind, private while having a view of the passing traffic of the neighborhood! Love West Dennis Beach!!

6 Old Field Road

This house is well appointed for groups. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. and loads of shatterproof glasses and plates as well as microwaveable dishware. There are 2 baby gates. The neighborhood is very pleasant and conducive to walking. The walk to West Dennis Beach takes about 20 minutes through residential areas and is a flat walk. There is also a drop off area at the beach. It’s a quick drive to many great restaurants and family friendly activities. We would stay here again.

Nice vacation

Home was as pictured. Very clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and the property manager was pleasant. The beach was ok but you will have to walk. No parking unless you are a resident. It’s only a 15 minute walk but that’s a lot when your carrying things. The small private beach worked better for us. It was actually walking distance away. We did however lose internet which was a huge problem because someone had to work one day from home while there. It wasn’t fixed. We were without it for a few days. Overall the home worked perfectly for family. If your looking for a laid back vacation this is the spot. Not a lot going on around it but we ultimately went to relax and enjoy family time.

As manager of this lovely home, I want to thank the Guest(s) for all the positive comments about the home! And for all of you planning to visit the home in the future, it is one of the very best maintained homes I have ever managed - A genuine 5 Star Rental! Also I would like to correct a couple of understandable misconceptions that the Guest(s) mentions: First, the internet Wi-Fi problem was fixed as quickly as possible. The Guest(s) mentions the problem with the internet problem was not fixed in time. This is true! (Simply because there was not enough time to get the job done before the Guest departed about 48 hours later!) We found out about it on Thursday and the Cable Company earliest available appointment to fix the problem was on Sat morning, just moments after the Guests were pulling out of the driveway to head home. Second, the Guest seems unaware there is ample parking for vacation guests at the beach! (And for all of you who will be arriving at the home in the future, the main beach mentioned by the Guest is called “West Dennis Beach”, one of the very best beaches on Cape Cod, where there is vehicle parking for a daily or a weekly fee, for BOTH residents and vacation guests alike; So, if you prefer not to walk to the beach, you can park your car. We would love to have the Guest(s) back: They enjoyed the home and left it great and we left the Guest(s) a 5 Star Rating of their own!!

The space is great for a crowd - some toys at the house, fenced in yard. The beach is a short walk or an even shorter drive (can get a parking pass for the local beach daily or weekly at townhall). Lots of things to do in town and nearby on the Cape. Recommend Harbor Fox Coffee! The host was attentive and helpful - we had no issues during the stay. Recommend this spot!

Great house, great location. Can't wait to go back.

This immaculate 6 BR, 2.5 bath house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The outdoor shower was a novelty for the kids. The living room and dining room were spacious enough for family meals and game nights. The finished walk-out cellar was ideal for the kids to access the spacious fenced-in manicured back yard for some outdoor running around time. Beautiful West Dennis Beach is convenient and a short walk.

Another week on the Cape

Clean and well-maintained property with proximity to West Dennis Beach. Fenced yard great for young kids and even a ping-pong table. Second year here, 14th on the Cape...we'll be back!
