Notre rue soutient un parcours de golf de championnat pour ceux qui aiment l'heure de départ. Une grande terrasse avec un grill et un patio permet de se divertir et de se détendre, ou vous pouvez conduire cinq minutes pour faire une croisière au homard au départ de Sesuit Harbor. Les niveaux principal et inférieur climatisés permettent aux espaces spacieux et confortables pour une grande famille ou deux de s'étendre confortablement. La suite principale comprend un lit king-size Sleep Number et une salle de bains privative. La maison comprend une cuisine bien équipée, une buanderie au niveau principal, une douche extérieure, un garage surdimensionné pour 2 voitures avec un grand parking, 3 télévisions par câble et le wifi. Un canoë, un kayak, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets, des jeux et des livres sont disponibles pour votre plaisir. The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a groom-to-be. Every room and sleeping quarters were comfortable and spacious. Space was key as we loved hanging out together. The 4-season porch with enormous windows overlooking Thatcher Pond was our favorite spot in the home.Set in a very nice neighborhood, the exterior was well maintained. The yard was manicured beautifully with a plush green lawn.The interior had all the accommodations needed for our large family with a nice kitchen, well stocked cabinets of dinnerware, glassware and flatware.The home was clean, warm and welcoming. superb communication from the owner.It was a victory for us to have a successful stay with no complaints. I’m glad found this property for us as everything about it made us feel at home.Thank you for being such great hosts,Michael & family

Reunion on the Cape

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Great House and Location!

We had a great time at the house, and ti was our first trip to the Cape. It is exactly as presented and was very clean. The beach was a short drive from the house, and we appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available to use. The house is very spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was also very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the location was great for getting to all the things we like to do on the Cape. I would definitely recommend this house to rent to others.

Wonderful house on the pond

This is a beautiful house set on a classic Cape Cod pond. The view from the deck and sun room is stunning. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The location is superb--easy to get anywhere on the Cape. The owners went the extra mile to make sure our visit was perfect.

Great home, location and host!

This home met all our needs! Family consisted of grandparents, parents and 4 children.Plenty of room for everyone! A great place to relax after the beach! Carol was easy to contact and was so gracious to respond to our every need or question. We hope we can stay there again the next time we visit beautiful Cape Cod!

A Cape Cod Wedding

I loved the neighborhood. The view of the pond was wonderful. And we were 5 to 7 minutes driving to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a wonderful wedding weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We live in Pennsylvania and have been spending summers and holidays at the cape for many years. I have traveled all over the world and this is our favorite place to vacation! We would like you to share in similar fun-filled times with many happy memories we have been fortunate to experience in this family home.

This has been our family home for 41 great years. There are gorgeous beaches and the pond actually sparkles many days. There are great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous things to do for all ages nearby. East Dennis has less traffic than many of the busier towns and the scenic route 6A. It is easily accessible for swimming, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, live and screen theaters, go karts, and more.
