Welcome to our studio apartment. Spacious lower level studio with private entrance and complimentary off-street driveway parking. Centrally located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood just a 5-minute walk to the Huntington metro. The studio features a queen size bed, a daybed, walk-in shower, coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dedicated workspace, and a sizeable closet. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 50" LED Smart Fire TV, mini-fridge with freezer, toiletry kit, bottled water, and K-cups.

Our space is perfect for parties of up to 3 guests. The coffee bar is equipped with a Keurig K-Express coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Guests receive complimentary bottled water, K-cups, and disposable hot cups with lids to grab your coffee on to go. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower and includes a full set of toiletries. The studio features a private entryway and includes complimentary off-street driveway parking.

In addition to the Huntington metro, the studio is also a 5-minute walk to a park with a paved trail (great for jogging), and to a shopping plaza which features several restaurants, grocery stores, 7-Eleven, Dunkin, and a laundromat.

Heating and cooling are managed through the main floor of the house. We are happy to accommodate any adjustments to the temperature.

We are a pet friendly house and welcome guests with pets. We also have a dog in the upper floors of the house and do our best to keep him quiet (though the house is not soundproof and occasional sounds from the main floor may be heard in the basement floor).
