The front desk called our attention since the building has a strict policy that only registered guests are allowed entry, and that the maximum capacity of the unit is 8 persons. During your stay, the staff noticed that some visitors were not on the registered list, and as hosts, we are required to comply with these regulations. This is why we needed to address the matter—it was in line with building rules rather than our own preference.
