My friend and I had a girls weekend and it was just the right size to have some space to relax and get ready before we went out. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and it was a nice little place to get away for the weekend! I feel like the pictures are accurate of what you get and I would stay again.

Where do I start with this review? Nothing in the description prepared us for what we found when arriving on location. We pulled into the property advertising paint ball, mountain biking, and camping lake! We had no idea where to go as the location is filled with tiny, rustic style cabins. I looked at my email again and was able to find the red barn mentioned in the description. The paved parking spot was not easy to find and upon parking, we discovered that we would be staying in the upstairs end of the barn serving as an event center. The apartment matched the pictures on the VRBO site but the environment was anything but what we expected. The email from the host said we could check in after 2pm. We arrived just after 2 and carried our gear up the stairs to this apartment. At 2:30 we heard a knock on the door and were greeted by 2 individuals asking if the apartment needed to be cleaned. I replied that it looked like it had been cleaned as the bed was already made. They left and we later discovered that there was trash still in the waste basket of the bathroom and there were no towels. I messaged the host who responded quickly and said he would take care of the issue. We arrived back at the apartment to find towels that were stained and in very used condition. The towel left in the kitchen was stained with bleach spots. The bed was far from comfortable and we decided to find other accommodations for our 2nd night. The price - good but not knowing it was a camp ground - bad
