Nestled in a gated community, you'll have access to a refreshing pool for ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The expansive deck offers the perfect spot to unwind, while the large game room features a ping pong table, party lights, and corn hole – ideal for fun-filled evenings. Enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings of this charming neighborhood. Savor delicious meals at nearby local restaurants, or take a short drive to downtown Gulf Shores for more dining, shopping, and nightlife options. This home is one half of a duplex and comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, with your furry friend welcome to join the fun. For even larger groups, rent the other side of the duplex to sleep a total of 27. You can easily connect both sides by opening the deck, or keep them separate for added privacy. Perfect for a large group getaway!

Parking for 4 vehicles.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.

Quick Beach Stay

Arranged a brief beach vacay with my college-aged children. We all had a relaxing and great time. The group loved how close the beach was and the house was well-equipped for grilling and casual breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay!

This duplex is located on end of Ft Morgan, very peaceful and quiet.

Great place for a family. Because it is on the end of Fort Morgan, it can get very windy. 5 minutes or less from the beach. Nice area to walk your dog.

Awesome stay

Loved the location, great space for everyone, close walk to beach and pool or you can drive to beach with your stuff and park in a small parking lot. Private access to beach, gated community, safe, not cluttered with tourism stuff. DG is close and restaurant right across road. Great stay and will stay again if we come back for vacation to Fort Morgan.
