Dog-friendly studio home in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps up to 2) has a partial ocean view & a fantastic location; you'll enjoy all the beauty & excitement this coastal town offers. Outside, you'll find a sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Our home is also just minutes from all the best attractions. Whether you want to spend your days lounging on the sand or exploring the local shops & restaurants, you'll be ideally situated to do it all. Condo is on 2nd floor, No Elevator - Requires Walking Up 1 Flight of Stairs.


THE LOCATION

The best part of this condo is its unbeatable location. The ocean is a few steps away! Bring a book and get lost in a novel as you soak up the sun, or go for a refreshing dip in the pool!

Myrtle Beach has tons of putt-putt courses that guarantee fun for the whole family. For more family fun, walk across the street to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park or Splashes Waterpark! You can spend all day riding the thrilling rides and waterslides.

You're sure to be hungry after so much fun! Luckily, fantastic seafood restaurants can be found right down the street from the condo. After dinner, stroll along the boardwalk to browse the shops and get a view of the city from the top of the SkyWheel!

NOTE: Please note that the unit only has a fireplace as a heat source. The AC does not provide heat. A portable heater is provided for your comfort, but please ensure it is not taken or removed, as you will be charged for its replacement.

Condo was adorable and very conveniently located, literally steps to beach! I was surprised to find a couple small pieces of trash, nothing nasty, just empty Parmesan cheese packets) laying behind the trash can in the room. Upon entering, the lights and tv were on, and for a second I questioned whether the room was already occupied. This could have been customary..The swimming pool and area was really nice and very clean. Parking right at the building. Boulineau’s close by which is a huge plus!I was provided with helpful check-in information prior to my check in, and property owner/manager made themselves easily available if needed. No need though, everything was great! Would definitely stay again, and wouldn’t mind renting year round!

Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. We would have jumped in for sure if our schedule had allowed us to. Instructions you’re given say to check-in with staff/security when you arrive regarding parking. I never saw anyone who looked like staff or security. I was a little nervous each evening when I parked my car. Thankfully, it was there each morning—a hanging parking tag was provided, so I’m sure that helped identify that I was staying there. Great stay and will definitely consider it again if I return to the area!! *Next part is completely outside the control of the lister, and that’s why it’s after the glowing review.*If you’re allergic to cigarettes, their smoke, and the like (as I am), it’s important to know. I had to hold my breath walking near 2 of the other condos. Very clearly someone has been smoking and the smell saturated everything. One neighbor had chairs set up outside with a table and ashtray. I’m guessing it was coming from the chair cushions or the ashtray? I’ve never experienced an outside area smell that badly. Thankfully, the smell never made its way into our condo.

Cute Room!

My husband and I planned a short getaway before school starts and this was perfect. We actually thought we might need to switch dates or cancel and the rental company helped us as we went back and forth. Deciding to go, we found the room adorable, the area safe, and the check in/check out easy. Upon arrival, we turned the air conditioner down (window unit) after an hour the air was not cool at all. An in house thermometer read 88 degrees. We contacted the rental company to ask if the air usually struggled and the reply was, “Yes. Give it a little bit.” When the air didn’t cool we contacted the rental company again. The reply this time was instructions on how to turn the air on (it was on and not cooling) then we were told it was a brand new unit that just got installed three days prior to our stay. When we told them it didn’t work and that it was cooler outside than inside the room the response from the rental company was that no one could come out to check on it until the next day. A new unit and your renters are telling you it’s every bit almost 90 degrees INSIDE the room and not one offer to bring some fans or find a solution. We bought our own fan and it was, in fact, 90 degrees in our room the next morning. After several back and forth messages the repair man determined what we knew - the unit wasn’t functioning. At 1:30pm, after 19 hours of no air, they installed a new unit. Could have been avoided sooner had they come when we told them the night before.

This unit was deceiving. It was nothing like the photos. Super small space, smelled odd, the AC unit was rusted out, rattling so loud we couldnt hear ourselves think. The freezer in the refrigerator was completely frozen over(couldnt use). The most troubling thing of the whole experience was the customer service. They would not answer the phone when called and finally after multiple tries and texts asking them to call me, I tried 1 more time and somone answered. The man was a complete arrogant ass that wouldnt let me even speak. He ended up hanging up on me and stated they would only text for now on. Finally after speaking with the true owner (which was nice) he mentioned asking the rental agency for another location. Once I texted them the idea of moving they did accommodate but the point here was: they should have offered to do that once we called and texted with the issues. My hope is the man that actually answered gets better training and that in the future this rental agency Big Fish Rentals will do better in caring for their guests.

Quaint little get away

True to discription. Perfect for 2 people. Especially when your only sleeping there. Pool was refreshing. Area was quite. Will definatly book again if available next time we come down.

Perfect for 2

This little studio is perfect for two people! It is in a great location! The only thing that should be advertised is the fact that it is on the second floor with no elevator. I have Achilles tendonitis. The stairs were difficult to climb with all the luggage. Otherwise I was very pleased and would stay here again!

Great stay

I was very happy with this rental. My only complaint at all was it looked like it had either sat for quite a while vacantly, or the cleaner was slacking. It wasn't gross or anything but definitely could be a little cleaner.

When we first got there we had a little issue with cleanliness of room but the host sent the cleaner back out and took care of it very quickly. We got the studio apartment so yes it was small but just fine for me, my wife and little dog. It was decorated nice and beachy. It was a quiet and peaceful complex, mostly older permanent residents and they were all very nice to talk to, and it was right across the street from the beach. The only suggestion to property manager is to fix or change out the AC unit, it worked just fine but when the AC kicked on it made a loud bang and sounded like a dump truck running, that wasn't too pleasant at night. Other than that our stay was nice and would stay again.
