Situated in the heart of the Tremblant resort, this serene escape is surrounded by natural beauty and abundant amenities.

Unwind in style with our array of amenities, including a BBQ area and ample seating on the terrasse, perfect for soaking in the views. The property boasts pleasant hiking trails and is just 1 minute from the mountain bike trail called l'Écureuil. Additionally, a refreshing pool, perfect for kids, enhances the enchanting setting, making it an ideal retreat for nature lovers. There is also a sauna in the common area for your relaxation.


Bedroom 1 and 2 : Each features a comfortable king bed. Bedroom 3: has 2 double beds.

Please note that the capacity of this unit is 6 people. For a safe and clean stay, all bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

We prioritize your comfort and convenience with customer service available every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival, ensuring you can reach us at all times.

Enjoy the convenience of walking distance to the Tremblant resort with free access to the shuttle system. The renowned Tremblant resort offers several shops, restaurants, and a variety of activities at your doorstep. Experience direct access to the number one ski and golf resort in eastern North America. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the heart of the action, eliminating the need for a car. Most amenities are within walking distance, and you also have access to a free shuttle to the pedestrian village just outside the condo.

Mont-Tremblant public buses are free throughout the town.

BBQ is only available from May to October

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

RULES OF THE COMMON AREAS PAVILION:
1. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. It is strictly forbidden to give your access code to anyone.
3. During the winter months, you must remove your shoes and leave them at the entrance or replace them with flip-flops.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around the pavilion.
5. It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages on site.
6. No waste is to be left on the premises.
7. No pets allowed.
8. Co-owners are always responsible for the actions of their tenants and guests.
9. Any person under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 years of age.
10. No shouting, running or partying.
11. Responsible and safe behaviour is mandatory at all times. Any unruly or disruptive behaviour (gestures,
actions or words) that may disturb the peace of users of the pavilion complex may result in a penalty.
12. Any person suffering from a contagious disease must not use the pavilion and any of its equipment.

SPA RULES:
1. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Take a shower beforehand.
3. Wear a bathing suit.
4. Keep the place clean.
5. Use only plastic containers or equivalent.
6. It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages on site.
7. When moving around outside the spa, wear a bathrobe and shoes or sandals.
8. It is forbidden to bring or eat food.
9. Do not bathe if you have skin lesions or if you are fully clothed.
10. Do not use detergent, soap or other products in water.
11. Any person under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 years
of age.
12. It is forbidden to spit, urinate, blow one's nose or soil the water in any other way.

GYM RULES:
1. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Wear appropriate exercise clothing at all times: upper body must be covered, socks and sports shoes are required.
3. Always carry a towel to protect the equipment.
4. Clean equipment after use: disinfectant and paper towels are available in the gym.
5. Put away equipment after use.
6. It is forbidden to bring or eat food.
7. It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages on site.
8. Any person under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 years
of age.

SAUNA RULES:
1. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Take a shower beforehand and towel dry.
3. Wear a bathing suit.
4. Keep the place clean.
5. Use only plastic containers or equivalent.
6. It is forbidden to bring or eat food.
7. It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages on site.
8. Do not sit wet on the benches.
9. Do not put too much water on the rocks at once.
10. Always have a towel on the bench.
11. Any person under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 years
of age.

SWIMMING POOL / AQUATIC BASIN / WATER BASIN
1. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Take a shower beforehand and towel dry.
3. Wear a bathing suit.
