We chose this property for my mother after her bone marrow transplant at Barnes Jewish Medical Center. She was instructed by her doctors to stay close in case medical care was needed. This was the perfect place for her. Very quiet street, quick access to the hospital and easy to find for family/caregivers (also had regular deer sightings-so peaceful). Josh, the property manager, was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property. This was home away from home for many weeks and I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting space for family/friends, convenience and peace & quiet.

My background is in construction and real estate, so I’m always working on projects, improving homes, and paying attention to the details that matter. I believe things should be done right the first time, and that mindset carries through to every property I host — from the finishes and furnishings to how the home functions day to day.
Outside of work, I love being active and spending time outdoors. Hiking, biking, running, and exploring nature are some of my favorite ways to recharge. The area is centrally located within the Greater St. Louis region, making it easy to get anywhere. We’re about 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis, perfect for catching a ball game or enjoying the city’s diverse restaurants and entertainment options. It’s also a quick drive to St. Charles, with its unique attractions and dining, or South County for even more parks and eateries.
One of my favorite things about Fenton is the easy highway access—it takes just minutes to hop on a major road and get wherever you need to go in the St. Louis area. The convenience, outdoor amenities, and proximity to everything truly make Fenton a great place to live and explore.
