This Casita's entrance is 5 feet away from the pool which overlooks the ocean and is illuminated at night.



* Comfortable Accommodations: Cabana #3 includes a private bathroom and air conditioning to keep you cool at night. THE BATHROOM ENTRANCE IS OUTSIDE THE ROOM.



* Well-Equipped Kitchen: The Main Beach House features a fully stocked kitchen with a new 6-burner stove, a standard refrigerator, and all necessary cookware.



* High-Speed Internet: We provide the fastest internet available in all of Nicaragua Coastal area (300 Mbps upload and 52 Mbps download). Ideal for digital work or streaming.



* Security and Privacy: The property is fully enclosed by a 10-foot wall with secure gates and a private parking area. We also have 24-hour on-site security and a groundskeeper, Yerling, who is available to assist with any needs.



* Fresh Linens and Towels: Arrive to made beds with fresh linens and fluffy towels for your comfort.



* Local Charm: Enjoy the rustic beauty of Playa Pochomil, complete with beachside pigs, goats, and stray dogs for an authentic Nicaragua experience.



* Your private bathroom entrance is outside the cabin. Its in the same building but you will need to exit the cabin and walk a few steps.



* The bed is in the loft. You will need to climb a few stairs to the bed.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:



* PRIVATE CHEF - Our Private Chef will come to the Beach House and cook for you. The day before the meal they will come to the house and you will tell them what you would like to eat. They can prepare Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The next day they will arrive with all the ingredients and cook a private meal for you in our kitchen. You will have a private meal without leaving the Beach House. Our Chef will need at least one days notice. So please make sure to contact us if you would like this.



The Rate for the Chef is $10 per meal plus ingredients.



* ATV RENTALS - We have on site ATV's available for rent. Inquire for rates - 1 days notice required



* HORSEBACK RIDING - We can call some horses to come right to the Beach House and you can take a ride down the beach on your own horse. Inquire for rates - 1 days notice required

Guest Access:

You have a Private Casita and free run of the property. Only location you do not have accessible are the inside of the other casitas and the 2nd floor bedroom to the Main Beach House. When there are guest of other Casitas on the property the Pool and Main House Kitchen Area are shared.



The Neighborhood:

Pochomil is lively on weekends and almost completely empty on weekdays. We get the best of both worlds. There are plenty of things to do and sites to see along our beach. We provide you fat tire bike beach cruisers so you can explore them at not additional cost quick and easy. We also rent ATV's if you're looking for a faster route and some adventure. See our images for points of interest you might like to check out.



Getting Around:

* Don't worry about the typical driving nightmares to other Nicaragua Beach towns. All roads to us are fully paved and well-maintained.



Other Things to Note:

The weather is a constant 78 - 90 degrees every day, just about year-round. The air is not too humid, and I have found it to be some of the most comfortable and enjoyable weather I've ever been to.



I've traveled a lot, so when I came to Pochomil, I fell in Love.



This Casita does not have Hot water in the Casita.



The bathroom in the common area of of the Main House does and is only about 10 steps away. This shower and bathroom are available to you.



I have found I don't want hot water anyway as I prefer to be cooled off, but if you find you need it, then it is available.



Please note that we do have security cameras throughout the common areas of the property for your protection and ours.



We have a 6 stage Reverse Osmosis water purification system for clean drinking water. You will not need to drag bottled water with you.



The ocean directly in front of the property is lined with rocks. We suggest if you are to go swimming directly out front to wear shoes. A short 3-minute walk to the left as you walk out to the beach and you will find Sandy beaches for a mile.



I am available always for anything you may have questions about or need help with. I respond very quickly to emails, texts, and Whats App. I will always do what I can to help make sure you have a 5-star experience. I look forward to your constructive feedback and if you have any issues with anything, I'm happy to do whatever is possible immediately to rectify it for you. Additionally. Nicaragua is a 3rd World Country. Do your research on Nicaragua and Pochomil before you come. Do not expect the area to be like Miami Beach. You will see chickens and pigs walking freely, and there are not all the standard 1st world accommodations in the area.



I love this about the area, but some people and groups, this is not their thing.



Unfortunately, local visitors will discard trash on the beach and area.



We do our best to clean up the area, but at times, it is not possible to constantly patrol the outside environment.



If our location was in the States, the rates would be 5 times higher. Be reasonable with your expectations and align them with where you choose to visit.



If you're concerned about everything being white glove and super clean at all times. This is not the place for you. The floor plan is an open concept, and the sea breeze will bring in dust and other particulate into the house on most occasions.



Interaction with Guests:

You will likely have the whole property to yourself unless we have other guests. Yerling, our caretaker will be available should you need anything. Be aware your rental is a private casita but you could be sharing the property with other guests renting our other casitas.
