Located in Hilton Head Island, this stunning house with 6 bedrooms is a coastal dream. With high end amenities, guests will feel right at home. The charming decor and beautiful atmosphere make it the perfect retreat for any group. It's easy to see why you'll be able to relax and unwind at our place.

This fantastic Charlestonian style home is located in Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside (gated) communities and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach, you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside Park just 200 yards away. Within walking distance of the house, you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, a dog park, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf Watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island). It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The area's best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away.

There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor Day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.

*$200 pet Fee for all pet stays

**Pool heat is an additional $75 a day.

Elevator is not available for guest use. Owner use only.

Beach Fun

It was very nice. There were a few things that needed attention in the house. Would have been nice to had a couple more kitchen towels. There wasn’t a hamburger Spatula for grill. We bought one and left for the house.Ice refrigerator wasn’t working and ran constantly. I called Property manager he said they were trying to get someone out to service it. Property manager was very nice.All and all would stay again at this property.Great House and community!

Loved our stay! The home was incredible. So much space, very clean, so well appointed. There was nothing we wanted or needed at all. A great experience and we look forward to coming back again!!

This is a wonderful home that combines the size to accommodate large groups with the intimacy of the common areas which allows everyone to relax and socialize together. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay!

Worked great for our family vacation! Having the golf cart shuttle was a bonus for sure although the walk isn’t bad at all to get to the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a great experience staying here!

Great Vacation Spot

The house was perfect for our extended family. This place was, clean, updated and modern, it checks all the boxes. Having 2 living rooms on the same level was great, the adults could watch TV while the kids watched their shows. The overall area was great, not to busy. Chaplin park is great and convenient. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the park and to the beach. Harold's Diner and Coco's on the the beach are walking distance. We hated to leave but are looking forward to coming back to this house next year!

Great stay

Loved the house. Very clean and accommodating. Courtesy shuttle to the beach was very convenient. Only issue was the sliding balcony door on the main floor. It was hard to open and opened partially.

Golf Trip

The house was perfect. We had 8 guys on a golf trip and the house worked out great. Everyone had enough room and the pool was a great addition. If you rent this house in the early spring I would highly recommend having the pool heated. The property manger recommended it before we got there and it was the right call. I would highly recommend this house to a group of 8. Thanks again, We are more than likley going to rent it again next year.

Spectacular & Clean

Spectacular, modern and clean. Very spacious, with a lot of seating and a lot of TV's. Outdoor patio and pool was very nice with a propane grill. Short walk to the beach and short walk to the park. Excellent access to bike trails. This property had everything we needed and will plan to stay again.

Perfect for a large group

Spacious and well appointed house. Our trip was 8 guys for a golf weekend on Hilton Head, the house fit us all incredibly comfortably, we probably could have fit another 4-5 people without hassle. Check in and out was simple and easy.There were some minor problems with the Wi-Fi and pool heating but the property manager responded within minutes to any issues.

Absolutely Awesome!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The house was pristine! Many added amenities and the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was private and quiet and the walk to the beach was not too far. I would DEFINITELY rent this property again!

Brand new and perfect for large groups!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect house for our large group (family reunion)! I always read reviews and since this was new and had none I was nervous but the management was responsive so I felt more at ease. Everyone had space to spread out and the décor was lovely. The house and pool was extremely clean, which is important for me and the beach was just a short walk. Honestly, the only negative I have is that we couldn't stay longer. Going to book our next trip now so we don't miss out on this house.
