Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom storybook home located on a working vegetable farm. If these walls could talk, they would take you on a tour through its personal history where modern luxuries now mix with its original unique features. This home exudes personality with its mix of antique and modern furnishings. The property features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. With WiFi, updated kitchen appliances, along with a new HVAC system, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms provide convenience and the adorable decor adds a cozy touch to your stay. The Stone House is here to welcome you to a home away from home and you are guaranteed to fall in love with the area and enjoy the magic this property has to offer.

The number of guests must be accurate on your reservation at the time of booking, additional guests not accounted for are not allowed on the property due to insurance liability.

THE BASEMENT: this is not a part of the listing, you will not have access to the basement during your stay. It is strictly used for farm and event storage ONLY.

PETS: Have to be treated for fleas and crated if left alone in the home. If you plan to bring an extra pet please send a message to notify us and pay the associated fees.

EVENTS AND PROPERTY: You will be staying on a working farm where we host public and/or private events on any given day. We have a noise ordinance for all events to end by 10pm. You might see people on the property during your stay but the Stonehouse will only be available to our VRBO guests. We also have an onsite market located directly behind the home (open Thurs-Sat seasonally), we encourage guests to visit!

If you would like to inquire about having your own private event please reach out to discuss details prior to your stay. Event fee and security deposit will apply; our VRBO guests receive a discount!

We take pride in making our farm a beautiful space for all of our guests to connect with nature and unwind during your stay. If you happen to see any farm staff during your stay please ask for a tour! We are always happy to engage with our guests as much or as little as you would like.

Richmond AAU Trip

Great location, and great space for our family. We were in town for an AAU basketball tournament and could not have been more pleased.The location was perfect and the house had everything we need.

The property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for us. We were attending functions at R-MC in Ashland. My only question was the checkout instructions I received online were different than those in the house.

Spectacular!!

The StoneHouse was perfect for our adult family of 8 and a baby! It was charming, clean and well equipped! Thw Market was a BIG hit with us all and the couple that ran it were amazing! So welcoming and accommodating! We were in town for a celebration of life so ot was great for our family to have this peaceful place to retreat to. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful historical stone farmhouse with modern amenities. Conveniently located to Richmond and shopping plaza's in the Glen Allen VA. area. Nice back yard for relaxing. Very satisfied with the rental.

Beautiful, well appointed house!

This is one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in! Loved that every bedroom had a dresser and a closet. All of the furniture was clean, comfy, and very nice. There was tons and tons of space. Would definitely go back.

Weekend sports tournament

This location was a great place just outside the city but within a short drive to the Greater Convention Center. The house was very clean and spacious. We missed having 3 bathrooms but appreciated that the listing only included the 2 working bathrooms when we booked so we knew what to expect. The backyard space was nice and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. I got a chance to go to the farm market in the back which had lots of delicious local goods. A lovely place for the weekend!
