This spacious and comfy main-level unit is nestled on a quiet street, offering you the ideal home base for your Twin Falls visit. The unit features 3 cozy bedrooms – a luxurious king-size bed, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a fun twin-over-full bunk – ideal for families or small groups. You’ll also enjoy a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and a convenient in-unit laundry for your stay.

Recent upgrades, including new electrical, plumbing, stylish furniture, and fast Wi-Fi, ensure that your stay will be comfortable and seamless.

Private & Separate Units: This home is split into 2 completely private units, each with its own level, separate entrance, and plenty of space for your enjoyment. Whether you're in the main-level unit or the other, you’ll experience total privacy and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

For those traveling with furry friends, we’re happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with an additional cleaning fee and deposit.

This was just the place we needed to stay for an open house for our daughter and her husband. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely use again in the future .

Enjoyed all the activities in twin falls so much! House was just what we needed. Bathroom was small and the people staying in the other unit were loud. Otherwise we were satisfied!

Our house was built in 1941 in the area of Twin Falls known as “The Presidentials”: all streets running North-South in this area bear the name of a U.S. president. You are staying on Polk Street, named after our 11th president James K. Polk who served from 1845-1849.

This rental is a spacious 3 bed/1 bath unit on the main floor of a house. With complete privacy, dedicated entrance, and upscale amenities, you'll have a perfect unit that will make your stay easy and enjoyable. Large living area with sofa and Smart TV allow you to settle in and watch all your streaming apps in comfort. High-speed Wifi, full bathroom, washer/dryer and full-size kitchen provide a comfortable set-up for your stay to be its best.

Personal products are provided for your use in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand-soap and laundry detergent.

Sleeps up to 7 in 3 private bedrooms. First bedroom has fun bunk bed setup with twin and full size mattresses, new bedding, and convenient work-from-home desk space. Bunk bed weight limits are 190 lbs on top and 325 lbs on bottom.

Second bedroom features pillowtop Queen mattress and bedding with lots of room to spread out and sleep peacefully. Third bedroom features a brand new King mattress and bedding and has ample storage provided by large closet, storage bench and dresser.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with additional cleaning fee and pet deposit. Please read house rules for complete pet policy.

NOTE: This is a private, secure, self-contained main level of a home. The bottom level is rented separately, with it's own entrance and fenced yard.
