• The pool availability may be subject to temporary closure based on the building maintenance. While we strive to keep the pool open as much as possible, the maintenance work is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Pool hours: 9AM to 10PM closed on Monday for cleaning.
• The unit is pet friendly however we do charge a one time pet fee of $100 .

Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement. * Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host. •Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in. * The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience. * The guest acknowledges having read that older or renovated properties may show signs of wear and tear.

Mixed feelings
The property looked like the pictures. It was clean and nicely decorated. However, the email and phone number listed neither one worked. So, the day before our stay, we were tracking down the owners out of concern for a scam. We did reach them late the night before our stay. There were some maintenance type issues. No ice maker or ice trays, no garbage can for the kitchen, and the shower leaked from the ceiling. While all were manageable, the listing should state no ice. We had just come from a 10 hour drive and picked up groceries, only to have to go back for ice. Overall-this is fine short term. We are all tall and the sofa is not large, but I think the stay is fine for short stays. They need to improve communication and ensure the information given is accurate. Also, we have stayed in probably 50 VRBOs. Most will let you check in or out a little early/late if they don't have anyone in the unit. This place wanted to charge 40-50 dollars for a slightly early check-in. It has promise, but needs communication improvement.
