A great place to unwind & relax with plenty of space for the grandkids to run & play Convenient to Townsend & Cades Cove. The house had everything needed for cooking big meals. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is spacious and absolutely beautiful. We stayed with our best friends, and the layout worked out perfectly. My wife and I stayed in the main house, while our friends had their own space in the apartment above the horse stables.The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to prepare meals, which we did most evenings. The property itself is stunning, with incredible mountain views in every direction. We loved spending time outside during the day, then relaxing by the outdoor fireplace and enjoying the hot tub in the evenings.The location was perfect for us. We made the drive over to Gatlinburg a couple of times, which took about 45 minutes through the national park. The drive itself was beautiful, and we always looked forward to returning to the peace and quiet of the “quiet side of the Smokies.”This was exactly the kind of relaxing mountain getaway we were hoping for. We made some great memories here and would absolutely stay again the next time we visit the Smokies!

First and foremost the host was extremely informative, and professional in all aspects of the process. The house and property wereFabulous. Welcoming, comfortable, spacious and yet a perfect combination of a feeling of home. My family of six (plus small dog) thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

We have rented many vacation homes, this one was the best ever. It was peaceful & the views were amazing. It was very clean & we had everything we needed to fix big family meals. There was plenty of space inside & out. The game room was a big hit with the children. If I had to use only 1 word it would be “comfortable.”

Time to just breathe

We came to the area for a family reunion. When we were done with the reunion and came to this beautiful, scenic oasis, what a treat. It gave all of us a chance to just take in the beauty and just relax. We didn’t need any of the activities that were available, we all just sat and enjoyed the downtime…. We loved it .

The only reason I’m giving this property four stars is because when we arrived, it was after a snow storm. The driveway was undrivable. We were unable to access the property due to those conditions.The management company did not have anyone available to remove the snow and ice from the driveway. I highly recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle to access this property during those conditions.

The gorgeous view cant be captured by the pictures. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the clouds roll over the mountains. The location was also on point. It's right next to peaceful hikes, waterfalls, and cades cove.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy property in Townsend, TN. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly tucked away for a quiet getaway. The location made it easy to reach the Smoky Mountains, Cades Cove, and all the local attractions while still feeling private and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily return for another peaceful mountain escape.
