The local boat ramp is located just one canal over from this property. The waterfront gas station is on this canal.

The living area has an open design with high ceilings, tons of natural light and picture window views of the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. There are three sets of doors for easy access. One set provides access directly to the inground swimming pool, one set provides access to the screened in eating area, and one access provides to the outdoor built in grill area.

The great room features a huge, plush, sectional sofa as well as an electric leather couch. Cozy up in this room to stream your favorite shows or movies on the wall-mounted SmartTV.

Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinets, and appliances including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and a french door fridge with ice maker. The kitchen has a beautiful iridescent tile backsplash reminiscent of an abalone shell. There’s a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, etc.

Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are shelves for folding clothes.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

This single story Hernando Beach home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home provides sleeping space for 9 guests.

Primary Suite:
The primary suite features a luxurious queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a ceiling fan with lamp, luxury tile floors, with a large set of French doors opening up to the pool. There’s a wall mounted Smart TV and a chair. This primary suite has a large, walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a white marble vanity, and a glass door walk-in shower. Bathrooms all have hairdryers, plush towels, washcloths and toiletries.

Bedroom #2:
Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, one nightstand, a ceiling fan with lamp, and a closet. Bedroom #2 has a calming coastal color palette of slate blue, navy, and gray. Bedroom #2 has access to a hallway bathroom with a single-sink white marble vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3:
Guest bedroom #3 and has a twin bed, a ceiling fan, and a console table. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #2 share access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink marble vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #4:
Guest bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, matching nightstand, a ceiling fan, a closet, and has access to a hallway bathroom. This bedroom also has a wall mounted smart TV.

Bedroom #5:
Guest bedroom #5 has two twin sized beds, a nightstand with lamp, closet, French doors that lead to the screened in eating area, two closets, and a connected bathroom. This bedroom also has a wall mounted smart TV.

Outdoor Amenities:

The exterior of this home features a mostly paved yard with wonderful tropical plantings and trees. The property sits on a direct Gulf-access canal with a depth suitable for a 28’+ sailboat. There is a saltwater swimming pool with a depth of 5 feet at the deepest. There is a floating dock, a stationary dock, and a boat lift. There are also kayaks to use at your convenience. - 10 minutes from the Weeki Wachee River - in the winter this is where you'll find manatees gathering, since the river is warm at 71-74 degrees year round. They're here year round, too, just more of them in the winter.
- 15 minutes away is everything else you need: Starbucks, Walmart, Publix, Burger King, other chain restaurants, etc...
- 45 minutes away is Homosassa - home of the "swim with manatee" tours. Or take an airboat tour.
