A comfortable end-unit condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club with a vaulted great room, multiple private patios—including an interior courtyard with a gas firepit—and easy access to the community pools and spas for relaxed desert downtime.



INTERIOR

The living space feels open and airy thanks to its double-height ceiling and tall windows dressed in plantation-style shutters that pull in daylight while keeping the room private. A plush sectional and side chair face a wall-mounted TV and a fireplace, creating a cozy and comfortable place to settle in after a round of golf or an afternoon out. A wet bar sits nearby, giving the main room an easy entertaining setup without making the space feel formal.

The kitchen is bright and functional with crisp white cabinetry and a generous layout that’s practical for longer stays, and a dedicated coffee bar area gives mornings a natural rhythm. The kitchen also looks out toward mountain views, keeping the desert setting present even when you’re cooking or cleaning up.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary suite is arranged as a quiet retreat with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and the kind of extra space that makes a monthly stay feel easy rather than cramped, and its ensuite bathroom includes a double-sink vanity along with a soaking tub and separate shower.

A second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and opens toward the home’s private interior patio, giving it a tucked-away feel and a direct connection to the firepit courtyard. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and shares access to the home’s second bathroom, which features a walk-in shower. Throughout the sleeping spaces, blackout louvered shutters support late mornings and deeper sleep.



EXTERIOR

Outdoor space is a defining feature here, with multiple patios that let you choose your setting depending on the moment. The interior courtyard centers around a gas firepit, creating a private, wind-sheltered spot for evening conversation. Out back, a spacious yard is framed by tall greenery and palm trees, with a lawn-like stretch of grass that softens the desert palette and makes the space feel surprisingly lush. Lounge chairs invite slow afternoons in the sun, and the outdoor kitchen with bar seating makes it easy to keep meals and drinks outdoors. The overall effect is calm and contained, with greenery providing privacy while mountain views remind you exactly where you are.



POOL/SPA

The community’s sparkling pool and spa areas offer an easy way to cool off and unwind between outings, with multiple pool/spa locations close to the unit. These amenities are shared with the surrounding residences and are not private to the home, and heating follows community schedules and guidelines rather than individual control.



THINGS TO DO

Cathedral Canyon Country Club places you in a golf-community setting just minutes from the energy of Palm Springs, with the airport roughly a short drive away for easy arrivals and departures. From here, you can spend mornings on the course or walking palm-lined streets, then head into Palm Springs for restaurants, galleries, and vintage shopping in the Design District. When you want desert scenery, Indian Canyons and nearby trailheads offer hikes through palms, rock formations, and open vistas, and the tram ride up the mountain delivers a completely different climate and perspective. This area works well for a longer stay because you can mix quiet days at the community pools with quick access to the region’s dining, culture, and outdoor terrain.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
