Location, location, location! Walk to Shands / UF Health, UF, Vet School. 5 minutes from downtown Gainesville and Depot Park. Convenient to many restaurants, groceries stores and shops. Perfect for medical visits to Gainesville. Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean.
NEWLY UPDATED: New living and dining room furniture and newly repainted.
***One bedroom has a King size bed, one bedroom has a queen bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 6 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****
There is a desk workspace and access to the common area pool.- The complex does not allow dogs- All service dogs must be approved by the HOA prior to your stay.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
1. No Smoking- $250 fee for smoking inside the home******
2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)******
3. No Parties- ******
4. No Pets Allowed- $200 fee if caught with a pet- The complex does not allow dogs
