Spacious condo

Beautifully decorated and very spacious condo. All of the amenities and close to restaurants. Short walk to the lift. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful ski getaway!

This is a beautiful place - just a few steps to the slopes. Nice amenities, updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean and spacious. We loved it and definitely plan on coming back. Check in and check out were easy and simple and lots of communication from the owner.

Best VRBO I have stayed in!

I have rented a lot from VRBO and can say this property was one of the best. Great location, only 5 minute walk to the lift, it was stocked with everything including some condiments and toiletries that you usually have to buy. Quit location had all the amenities that one would need for a skin trip. Overall, 5 star rating from me. I am booking again in April !

Fantastic condo in Keystone!!

We stayed here after visiting the ice sculptures in Breckenridge. Super close only about 20 minute drive. Right off the slopes in Keystone. Great clean place to stay with everything you would ever need!! Fully stocked kitchen and even board games and movies. Super comfortable beds! Great communication with owner and very easy access. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Thank you for an amazing weekend!

AMAZING Property!

We had the best stay at Mountain Haus, and will definitely be coming back again. Everything was exactly as described in the description/shown in the pictures. It was clean, updated, and to top it off the beds were extremely comfortable. It was stocked with all the essentials including extra pillows, blankets, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location was also perfect as you are within a 1-2 mile radius of all the things: ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had during our booking and stay. I cannot recommend Mountain Haus enough to those looking for a place to stay in Keystone.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time staying at this property. There were some problems with getting in the property but that was due to it being daylight savings and the email not being sent at the adjusted time. The owner responded quickly. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our biggest challenge was that it was a little further to the ski lifts than we expected when listed as a 'Ski in Ski Out'. The ski storage was very helpful and it was nice having covered parking.

Fantastic for skiers

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at Mountain Haus in March for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The location was great; a manageable walk to the Peru lift, which provided access to the rest of Keystone Resort. The condo was newly renovated, clean, and well equipped. Small touches were much appreciated, like the extension cords next to the nightstands for charging our devices. We used the ski locker to hold our gear, and the parking garage gave easy access to the second level, or you could choose covered parking on the ground floor. We also drove to Breckenridge for a day, which was less than 30 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property bad business practices

I will start by saying the property is well maintained and cared for. You can tell the owners take pride in the Condo. It was also clean which can be hard to come by in the VRBO world. Everything seemed to work well and there were no light bulbs burnt out, again a rarity in the VRBO world. It was about a 7minute walk in ski boots to the mountain, not recommended for small kids, but adults should be able to do the walk no problem. The one thing that deemed the overall rating was the customer service aspect. I tried canceling this stay well over a month prior to our stay and the management and owner said they would not reimburse us our money. We had a medical issue come up and even though we we're almost forced to try and enjoy this VRBO it was a very lack luster experience because of the medial ailment. We could not enjoy the mountain as we expected. It is very bothersome that in trying to cancel a month in advance that they would not cooperate with us and refund our money. I own a business myself and would never have condoned my team to handle a situation as such. My only warning is if you are questioning or even thinking about rescheduling find another VRBO to rent, because they are not willing to refund your money, not even if you try and cancel an entire month out. Hope this helps with your next stay.
