Iy's more about Verbo's app. I couldn't find checkout instructions. The property was fine. The gated community was good. The gated community helped with the sketchy neighborhood. I sent the host a text but we had to leave for our early flight before they responded. The oroperty is inbetween rentors.

The host was very helpful and available, and the property was exactly as pictured. The area felt safe and convenient to everything we had planned in Houston (both downtown and in the suburbs). We appreciated the garage and the provided amenities like coffee. Thanks again!

The house was in a gated community perfectlly situated just far enough away from downtown Houston and in close proximity to mutiple restaurants, grocery stores and shops.The house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. If/when we ever come back to Houston, we'll be staying here!!

Good space

The space was perfect for what we needed for our family trip to Houston. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. We ran into some small problems like the sink getting clogged and the dryer not working which is why I rate it 4 stars instead of 5. I alerted the host and it seems she did try to get a handyman out to the property but they weren’t able to come before our stay was over.

Cozy and Clean

This property was very pretty, clean, and well maintained. We were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. It was very affordable. Ivory was wonderful and responded immediately to my questions. We would stay here again!

Comfy home

Our stay here was wonderful. The home is in a gated quiet neighborhood with a playground and pond, with many stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Home is clean and cozy and all the necessities are provided for. There were pots and pans, dishes, silverware, seasoning and oil to cook with and a Keurig with delicious coffee flavors available, plenty of towels and travel size toiletries if needed, as well as laundry products. Ivory was pleasant to communicate with and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Houston in the future.

Very nice house and amenities

It’s a very lovely house in a nice neighborhood. The location was near everything we were doing so it was very convenient for us. She was very communicative anytime I had any questions and so nice. I recommend staying here!

Everything was great the only thing was being locked out the last night. It was kind of hard get in contact with the host but once answered she came quick to fix the problem.

Nice House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfy beds, nice living area to lounge in. Neighborhood is quiet. I would book this house again in the future. Host was very responsive and super nice.
