Nice home. Great location close to University of Houston. Easy highway access. Close to some night life which made it somewhat noisy from 7pm-midnight.

All of the amenities were wonderful from the detailed instructions, the security, the beautiful vibe of the entire house, and everyone having a great space. Our host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We loved our stay here!Home and property were extremely clean and well kept.Homeowner was very quick to respond to to all of our questions! Lots of space inside and out.Easy access to the freeway,a plus especially if traveling from out of town.We had time to visit a cool bar up the street,walking distance !We were very comfortable here and felt really safe thanks to the electric gate.Awesome!

The home was absolutely perfect. Spotless and very comforting. Very well situated between downtown and MD Anderson. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very secure. Would stay there every trip and highly recommend. The host was readily avaliable and even c made a personal call to make sure had everything we needed. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Loved our stay.

We loved our stay at this cheerful 3-bedroom bungalow, exactly as advertised! It really is just 10 minutes from downtown Houston, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was decent and had plenty of good food options nearby.The house itself was very comfortable with plenty of space for our small group, and the rooms worked out perfectly for our stay. The owner’s attention to our needs was wonderful and made the experience even better.Overall, a great spot...we’d definitely stay here again!

Check-in was confusing and difficult, I had to remind the host and only got our information an hour prior to arrival. All of the locks on property are finicky. The floors had tape on them. Lights were flickering, or just not installed. Loud neighborhood. Shower curtain wasn't long enough to seal the shower. Dirty bedroom mirrors. Beds and chairs were very squeaky. Bedroom doors don't close well. As a housecleaner, it was overall pretty clean except the stove could have better. Check out information was not clear and different things said check out was 10 and 12.

Absolutely beautiful house. Check-in was as easy as typing in a couple of gate codes and opening a door - the property was clean and the host even checked in on us a couple days in to make sure everything was great (which it was).The neighborhood is literally a 5-10 minute drive from downtown, including the Houston National Science Museum. The house is also a block away from a couple of bars, restaurants, shops, and it was a very comforting and relaxing area overall. The kitchen is also huge and perfect for anyone looking to host a big gathering. Would recommend for anyone.

This house is located perfectly in the middle of everything. The house was very nice as well. The property manager is very friendly. I would definitely be renting again.

Cigar Festival

The house was much bigger than the pics. The security of the home is top. You have 6ft fence and a electronic gate to drive in and a walkin electronic gate. The kitchen is Gas..we cooked everyday and went out at night with confidence. Thank you . The property owner is very intouch with you from day one and will call to check on you to see if all is well. I will be going back.

40th Birthday Staycation

The house was really nice and clean. The check in and out process was seamless. Angelina the host was very kind and accommodating, and responds pretty quickly. I stayed alone and still felt safe. The area is close to a lot of things, and right in the mix of all the lil hot spots so parking on the street is scarce. And also the music was a bit loud, but overall no complaints and would definitely book again!

Great location to the city

This was a perfect location if you are spending time in the city. The house was very clean and the master shower is wonderful. The neighborhood is very loud. Bars down the street play their music on the weekend so loud the house was shaking. Definitely quieter during the week.

Excellent Home, Great Experience, Close to Key Houston Locations

Nearly everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, clean, roomy, nice finish. It was great to have a gate and protected parking for sure.My only negative was that the master bed makes a lot of noise when you move or get up or get in the bed, enough to wake my spouse and vice versa every time we moved. Aside from this it was perfect and had we not been sharing the bed then it wouldn't have mattered.
