â Access to the pool, lake, beach, and other amenities is provided through the Boulder Lake Club, which requires separate registration and guest fees. Please note that these amenities are seasonal. Feel free to reach out to us for more details or clarification. Fee information is listed below.
âFor weekend renters, an amenity package for 4 guests is available for $125, covering 4 consecutive days. Each additional guest beyond the initial four is $25 per person, per day.
âFor weekday renters, the same amenity package for 4 guests is $150, but it covers 7 consecutive days. Additional guests are $25 per person, per day as well.
â Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.
â Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please observe these quiet hours.NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE ALLOWED past 11:00 pm. Fines will be issued if this is not followed.
â We have a pet fee of $100 (max, 2 pets). Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.
â Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.
â The speed limit is currently 15 MPH. .
â Fireworks are illegal and not allowed under any circumstances.
â Fires are prohibited within the community, this includes chimneys, fire pits, open fires etc. Fine for fires is $500.00.
â Parking and Parking Passes: Please be sure to use the overflow parking area if you have more than two vehicles. Do not park on the roadways in front of fellow unit owners. Overflow parking is available but limited. Please remember to use your parking passes and use the green passes for the duration of your stay and the passes should remain at the unit. Please be reminded- it is $25.00 to replace a pass of either type (unit or guest). Fine for not having a parking pass is $300.00.
â Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
â The person who books the stay must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay. No booking for others without attending the property, including prom gatherings and senior week gatherings. Parents, please do not book for your kids. We will cancel the reservation.
â Absolutely no underage drinking. We will immediately cancel the reservation.
âIMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (âManagerâ) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
