Relax in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 40 acres to explore! Featuring a gourmet chef's kitchen with a six burner gas range, double oven, warming drawer, two sinks and a dishwasher. The generous dining table seats 10 comfortably. Sit back and enjoy the huge sectional with enough room for everyone and 80" TV. Enjoy a first floor master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, wall mounted tv and electric fireplace. The en suite bathroom features a custom tiled steam shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Upstairs you'll find a full bathroom, large bedroom with king sized bed, a bunk room with four twins, and a lounge with queen sized couch and huge TV. The large screened in porch is perfect after a long day or work or exploring, and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs keeps the vibes going into the evening. All this so close to North Conway and Fryeburg! Owner occupied basement apartment with separate entrance and driveway.

Wonderful hosts and easy communication. The kitchen was spacious and a good yard for the grandkids to play with path to walk the dog. Definitely be back! Tait family

This home was beautiful! Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. An amazing chefs kitchen with everything you could need for cooking a great meal. The downstairs master bathroom was exquisite, with a beautiful walk in rainhead/standard shower combo and big bathtub. As a music fan, it was an extra special perk to be able to listen to calming music in the shower and bathroom via the Bluetooth system after long days out adventuring with the family. We slept in the sleigh bed upstairs and it was incredibly comfortable. One of the best beds we’ve ever slept in on a vacation. The adjacent bedroom was perfect for our two young children, and there was a bathroom in between which was very convenient for late night potty needs. Wonderful large Roku televisions that we could log into all our streaming apps with. The solo stove fire pit outside was lovely for s’mores and an evening campfire with the kids. There was firewood provided nearby so we didn’t have to buy our own, which was nice. Lastly, I must say our host was phenomenal. Not only was she extremely responsive to every question or request we had, but we mentioned it was our daughters 5th birthday the day after we arrive, and she went out and got her a few small gifts and a balloon as a surprise when we arrived!! It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture and it really meant to world to us.I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation rentalz. 10/10 amazing property!

The home and property were ideal for our family trip. The yard was great for exploring and the screened in porch ideal for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. Plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy time alone and together. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for family meals! (My husband and I stayed with three children ages 3, 12, 16 and their grandparents)
