The house a super clean and brand new. All the beds are super comfortable and nice. The kitchen has everything you could need for all your basic cooking! We will definitely stay again. The location is convenient to a lot of restaurants and stores. Check in was super easy.

I am so glad you liked the beds! That was an important one for us to get right. We have stayed in several VRBOs where the mattresses were not good and it definitely affected our trip! We also have an amazing cleaning crew…so important.

Hands down best rental!

This rental was beautiful! The mattresses and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The master suite is so amazing! It was quiet and in a safe area. The owner could not have been better with communication and willingness to help. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for 6-8 adults. Everything we needed to cook a few meals and close enough to restaurants. The property manager always responded quickly. If I travel to Kingman with a large group again, I will definitely check on staying here. The only thing that would put this property over the top would be a pool in the back yard!!

Very nice property with 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked with good quality cooking pots and pans, knives, etc.. Beds were comfortable. Our party of seven all thought that this was very good value for the money.
