Your beach getaway awaits at this 4-bedroom/3 Full Bath house in North Topsail Beach. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, this brilliant property offers a Designers retreat for guests. This home features ocean views from every Living space (and Bedroom)! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like Outdoor living spaces. Covered porch with upgraded furniture. A beautiful Gazebo next to the ocean featuring a bed swing for afternoon naps. The Chef's kitchen is stocked with all the gourmet tools you'll need including a SubZero refrigerator and JennAir range. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Great stay

The house is directly on the beach, which was exactly what we wanted. My three teenagers, wife, and I were on a family trip. The photos show reality perfectly. The house is in great condition. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Our stay at Bubbie’s Beach House was incredible. You cannot ask for a better location. Walk right out of the house onto the beach. Eat lunch on the deck- no hauling kids to and from the beach. Coffee while standing in the ocean. The house is well decorated. The layout was perfect for us. We usually stay on 30A in Florida, and we wanted a low key beach stay this year- and that’s exactly what we found. It often times felt like we were the only people on the beach in the middle of July. Please note the house is very pet friendly, so should you have a dog allergy, it might be an issue- but we love pets, and although we didn’t bring ours, it would be a lovely home for your sweet pup.

What a GREAT location and home and HOST! The kitchen is perfect for a group and well-stocked. Each bedroom was comfortable and had a view of the ocean. The towels were fabulous and her restaurant recommendations spot on. The beach was much less crowded than the Florida panhandle and had a family friendly atmosphere. We hope to come back and rent again next summer!

This home is beautifully decorated and you walk right out to the sand. We enjoyed the covered porch that was basically on the beach. We say in the shade and enjoyed watching our grandsons play in the ocean. Their Great grandmother even could enjoy the beach by using the shaded porch. No crowds. Owner was very easy to reach. We plan to return in the future. Great for families who want a laid back vacation spot away from all the craziness of other beach towns. This house is also close to a fishing pier that appears to be open 24/7. Every bedroom has a balcony.

First of all - Julie is one of the nicest, most thoughtful hosts! From having doggie supplies available to leaving us a welcoming card on the counter - she was readily available without being over-bearing. Bonus - checkout process is simply taking out our stuff, food, and trash. It was great to just do the obvious instead of a long list of things like I've had at other properties.Now on to the property - the location is GREAT! Since it's north of Topsail proper, you don't get into beach traffic because you turn long before the crowding begins. There is traffic before the bridge, mostly because of the main 4-way and slow traffic light - but this is only a problem if you're arriving Sat around 2-3pm or leaving Sat morning around 10am. We didn't check-in/ out on a Sat so no problems for us! And - very few people on the beach because the public parking is over a mile south (west) of the house and there's no hotels, and the land only allows for housing on the beach side and maybe one house across the two-lane road, on the sound side. In Topsail proper there are homes extending several blocks away from the beach and multiple hotels - so lots of traffic and then crowds on the beach.And the house - all new, and the kitchen has excellent appliances and plenty of countertop space, open kitchen-living room design so my sons were able to play video games and watch movies while I got dinner together. The decking is nice and large - and we loved the porch swing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Everything about our stay was absolutely great. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. Beautiful home, amenities were excellent, view was fantastic and the access to the beach couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to have a wonderful easy vacation.

Family Visit

Probably the best VRBO experience I have had to date!. House and location were amazing! Julie and Rita were such gracious hosts and had the place perfect when we arrived. We have already decided that we will be back again next year. I had never stayed at North Topsail prior to this trip. It is a perfect location!
