We are located in a sub-division with each house having approximately 2.5 acres bordering the National Forest. This is one of the very few areas in Sedona that allows horses. SHARED INFINITY POOL:
☀︎Outside your front door, stairs ascend to the infinity pool area with comfortable lounges for sunbathing and relaxation.
The infinity swimming pool is located adjacent to the Villa, positioned higher on the hillside near the main house. This pool area is shared only with guests of the main house and studio (which accommodate just 2-4 people each). Due to the elevated terrain, the pool is not visible from your Villa, you have your own walkway to the pool from your Villa. Please be respectful in this shared sacred space.

☀︎There is no lifeguard, swim at your own risk.

☀︎POOL: The pool is a SHARED space w/ the Main home and Studio guests. There is no pool gate. This is a quiet retreat designed for relaxation and tranquility. The space and amenities are best suited for adult guests seeking a peaceful getaway. It’s designed like a mini resort — peaceful, spacious, and you may not even run into anyone during your stay. The views are too good not to share.

☀︎NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential sanctuary, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

☀︎OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: To preserve the serene ambiance of Sedona for all our esteemed guests, we kindly request that outdoor noise be minimized after 9 p.m.

☀︎MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps up to 4 people.

📍We welcome everyone drawn to our high-desert mountain sanctuary's energy. However, the natural sound amplification created by our canyon setting can be quite pronounced. This mountain resonant environment may not be a good fit for pets, so we encourage thoughtful consideration of your companion's comfort and other guests' peaceful experience.

📍Early Check in/Late Checkout: Due to high demand, we must stick to our check-in and checkout times. If you arrive in town on an early flight or depart later in the day, consider booking an additional day or making other arrangements.

This option provides complete privacy and exclusive access to all amenities across the estate, creating the perfect setting for special gatherings, intimate family reunions, or retreats surrounded by Sedona's magical landscape.
