The Beachtop Condo is a top floor, lakefront, unit with amazing views of the beach and lake from its large back sliding door and private balcony. This property is perfect for two couples or a family.



You will enjoy using our indoor (year-round) and outdoor (seasonal) pools, indoor hot tub, and fire pit. The gas fire pit overlooks the lake and is a great spot to unwind in the evening.



Perfectly situated waterfront and perched above one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed up a single flight of stairs (indoors) from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah`s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Million dollar views for much more affordable price. The apartment was more than accommodating for 5 people. Layout was made to compel folks to the lake and enjoy the outdoors. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful lakefront view! Fun to watch Original Duck Boats enter the water across the lake by the dam. Comfy beds. Big beautiful shower. We will return!

We had a great time. The condo was just what are family needed. Fished in the mornings. Used the pool in the afternoon. Beds were very comfy.

Positive: Condo was clean. Beds were comfy. View was spectacular. Balcony patio had chairs and table. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioner worked great. Good air flow when windows and patio door open. Shower was great. Towels were soft and enough for 2 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Parking lot well lit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and diningroom worked great. Problems: Ceiling fan switch was broken (fixed). Frying pan warped (replaced). Window mechanism broke (not repaired). Patio door didn’t lock (fixed). Fireplace buttons broke. Negatives: Advertised a fire pit and not set out for the season. Did not use swimming pool (too cold to walk after swimming). Beach chairs were in bad shape and dirty. Patio blinds were bent and didn't close. No can opener, oven mitts or beach towels in our room. Only 1 hand towel and 1 dish towel. Recommedations: The host sends you a list of things to bring (beach towels, extra blankets, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, etc). Add dish towels, hand towels and dish soap. The bedding was very thin, so bring that blanket for sure. Bedroom blinds were not a complete blackout. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives. The host was very communicative and good response time. We would return again. Therefore, I would recommend.

Everything was as advertised. We were given a helpful list of items to bring with us. The house was clean, convenient to all of our activities, and was very quiet. We did have a coffee pot that did not work- I sent a text, 5 minutes later Treven was at the door and 20 minutes later had a new (very nice) coffee pot!

The condo was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. We swam in the lake, in the outdoor pool and in the indoor pool! (the whirlpool) Very nice! The view off the spacious balcony was the best part!

Beautiful condo

I loved the condo, very spacious for our group of 6. It was very clean . The shower had endless hot water for the 6 of us. And the jets in the shower was amazing. Only thing i would suggest is more mirrors. There is only the bathroom mirror so hard for people to get ready for an outing but other than that we were happy with our stay!

Exceeded expectations and very comfortable

We had a girls college reunion weekend - just two of us. The property owners were very easy to work with and responded in minutes. I usually don't sleep well the first night away from home but I slept really well staying at this property. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. The couch and other furniture is very nice and looks new. The view is spectacular. There is a comfortable electric recliner. The bathroom is large. They had a fully stocked kitchen. But I forgot to bring coffee filters. The owners were very kind and responded quickly. They brought coffee filters for me right away. We were very happy with the property and it exceeded our expectations.We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! very soft

Wonderful condo on Lake Delton!

The condo was beautiful. The view of the lake from the living room and balcony are breathtaking. Tons of space. Fullsize appliances. The King size bed was super comfortable. The teens said the other beds where a bit on the hard side and not very comfortable. Im not sure if that is because of thier preferences or the bed itself. Nothing a little bit of extra padding couldnt fix. We did bring our own blankets and towels as it was suggested in the booking confirmation as they only have thinner blakets on the beds and Nothing extra. And only 1 set of towels per person. Also, they supply 2 rolls of toilet paper (which is also disclosed at booking) so bring extra like we did. The owners are in contact throught the process and have quick responses. We didnt have any issues that came up during our stay but they were helpful with suggestions of local attractions and restaurants. And responded quickly anytime we messaged them.We really enjoyed the location, view, and the condo over all. We will definitely look at renting here again in the future.
