Bring the whole gang! Looking for a unique space to gather with family and friends? Perfect for reunions, bachelorettes, birthdays, our 4 thoughtfully-curated spaces allow both privacy and common space to hang together: firepits, lawn games, covered outdoor dining, trails and ponds. Includes: a reconstructed Carriage House (sleeps 8), Meadow House (sleeps 2, with covered outdoor kitchen and hangout area), shiny newer Airstream Firefly (sleeps 2), and sweet retro Airstream Cricket (sleeps 2).

Hector Meadows Ranch is 15 private acres nestled in a wildflower meadow and adjacent to the Finger Lakes National Forest. You'll have expansive sky views, submersed in nature, but conveniently located near all that the Finger Lakes Region has to offer::

Guests at Hector Meadows Ranch can enjoy the flexibility of group gatherings with both shared and private spaces. Each space offers its own dedicated parking, private fire pit, and outdoor area. Your group will have exclusive access to 15 acres of meadow trails, swimming and wildlife ponds, and group-friendly amenities like games, communal fire pits, and covered gazebos make it the perfect destination for both privacy and connection.

Carriage House:

A unique 1887 reconstructed carriage house sleeps 8 in bedrooms with a/c and high quality memory foam mattresses, All-Clad cookware, shuffleboard and games to enjoy around the gas fireplace.

* Bedroom 4: First floor, King bed and work desk

* Great room: Gas fireplace, Chesterfield sofa and club chairs, Smart TV, games cabinet

* Kitchen: Full kitchen, Gas stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea station, All-Clad Stainless cookware - everything you need to enjoy meals with friends.

* Bedroom 1: Second floor, King Suite with ensuite bathroom.

* Bedroom 2: Second floor, King bed

* Bedroom 3: Second floor: 2 twin beds

* Bathroom 1: Second floor, ensuite to Bedroom 1. Walk in shower.

* Bathroom 2: First floor, full bathroom with tub and shower.


Meadow House:

A custom built cabin for 2 featuring indoor bedroom and bathroom and an outdoor, covered, entertaining space featuring kitchenette, sitting area, games & charcoal bbq pit.

* Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bedding, en suite bathroom with shower. Smart TV. Hightop table/work space.

* Kitchenette: Coffee, sink, mini fridge, induction cooktop, microwave. Flexible space for entertaining and gathering.
