Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

Safety First: For your security and peace of mind, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a floodlight camera above the garage, both monitoring the exterior of the property. These cameras do not record audio or video inside the home. We also have noise monitors on the property that measure the decibel levels to ensure there are no parties. These monitors do not record sound, only track noise levels.



Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms: Your safety is important to us. The home is equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm to ensure a safe stay.



Pool Heating: If you choose to heat the pool, it will be set to a comfortable 80°F. Please notify us in advance if you would like to add pool heat, and keep in mind that the heating is available for the full duration of your stay. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.





Guest Requirements: To ensure a smooth check-in process, we ask that you submit a photo ID and sign the guest agreement before arrival.



Pet policy:

This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.



City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including regulations for noise and occupancy. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules.



Property Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. While we can't guarantee the exact day or time of their visits, we strive to ensure everything is kept in great condition for your enjoyment.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
