Great house. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. I like a soft mattress and one bedroom was perfect. The back yard is a great place to hang out and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

The place was awesome! The only downside was a maintenance person came unexpectedly while we were staying there and we hadn't gotten any notice from the hosts.

Overall a good experience, however there was low water pressure, and the house was a little misty. The size of the hot tub could be bigger given the number of rooms. Overall amenities were good and the starter pack for arrival was ample.

AZ 2025 trip

Overall stay was good. Amenities as described and all functional at a good level. A/C was the biggest issue as only one room out of 4 had comfortable conditions. Thanks and would recommend if A/C is fixed for all rooms.

I'm still waiting for a refund on the pool. I paid it to be heated. It wasn't heat till Wednesday. So the host said he would refund this & still has not paid me the refund. Can ya'll please keep your word & refund me the 2 days. Thank you

The family enjoyed all of the fun outside activities. They thought the large chess set was fun. The pool and ping pong table were also a hit. The management company was great with responding to my concerns or issues. Hopefully, once we left they were able to clean the end of the faucet so there is better water pressure. It was not great when we were there. Though they did send someone to try. It was better for a day, then it went back to little water. For being a kid friendly home, I would suggest they get rid of the glass lamps in the living room. Unfortunately, my grandson tripped on something then hit the table that a glass lamp was on and it broke. The house provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even lotion. I appreciated the lotion. There were also hair dryers, a high chair, and a play pin. The host thought of most everything except a hand blender and a potato masher. Luckily, my daughter didn't live far, so she ran and got hers. Overall, this house worked to be able to have my large family sleep and play. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a great house. Very cute. There were a few things that would make me think twice about staying here again. 1. Air flow. Two of the bedrooms used to be the garage and those rooms got very hot at night. The master bedroom also got very hot. The air was on as high as was allowed and all the fans provided were also on and it was still very hot in those 3 rooms. The owner knew the house had an air flow problem so I wish they made a point on it on the listing. 2. The fridge. Someone who works for the property came out to look at at. (He was amazing and so nice and accommodating) but he said that was as cold as the fridge gets. It was deff. not as cold as any typical fridge any of us had seen before and was a little concerning. Besides that we had a nice time at the house and everything else was very comfortable.
