Wingate House has a luxurious sun room, exquisite open kitchen and dining room, sky viewing conference room with two queen Murphy beds, two bedrooms with one king and one queen, and three bathrooms. For large events book our entire property including three tiny homes, two domes, and a spacious four bedroom luxury home.

Very big house almost completely remodeled. It’s just Minutes away from the Capitol National Park. The interior is very nice and comfortable and it has an amazing kitchen and lots of room, chairs, sofas to sit. The grounds are also nicely kept. The only remarks we have is that there is no washer & dryer and the cushions of the outside sitting area were a little dirty. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend it!The communication with Cindy was excellent and she gave us great information.

The property was very dog friendly. Easy access to green space. The house was very convenient to the park with very serviceable grocery store nearby and a bigger store about 20 minutes away. Comfy furniture and a great big kitchen. Very good space for traveling friends!

Something for everyone

We arrived after a long day of hiking, exploring and driving up from Bryce Canyon. Our four teenagers jumped out of the car and immediately ran to the goats and ponies living near the house. They all had big smiles and then explored the house decided this was a beautiful, spacious and open house. They all found comfy beds and the internet worked great for watching a movie . We all loved the big yard with the pond for paddle boarding and the amazing views. The house was very clean and well appointed with many comfortable sitting areas to lounge in. Cindy had the place open and ready on arrival and was great at communicating. The town of Torrey and the surrounding area are wonderful to explore and absolutely gorgeous!We had a great time and hope to come back again soon.

This beautiful property was the perfect gathering place for all 9 of us! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed and more! A huge thank you to the incredible hosts!We had a few questions during our stay that were answered almost immediately! The EV charger made our visit smooth and easy!We loved all wonderful activities around the property! Basketball, pickleball, stargazing, paddle boarding, meeting the animals and playing outside. We would love to return another time!

I was so impressed with this place! It had everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean and well taken care of. The property is beautiful! It has so many fun outdoor games as well as games inside. We went for a girls’ weekend and had the best time ever! Families would also love this place as there’s so many things for all ages to do. The animals were a plus as we loved seeing the miniature horses and goats every day. This location is perfect to be able to explore the national parks and go on peaceful hikes. The host had every amenity we could possibly need or want. It was well stocked in the kitchen as well as in all three bathrooms. My friend got to bring her dog and it made the trip more fun. It’s so nice to be able to find places that pets are welcome. We had a wonderful time and feel recharged! Thank you so much!!
