Summary:
Guests will not be disappointed vacationing in this exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome! Luxury at it's best, all within one of Keauhou's newest complexes conveniently located to the Keauhou Shopping center, golfing and beaches. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances. POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS FROM 8/5/24-8/23/24.

The Space:
Very spacious with 1704 sq.ft of living, one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, 36 inch flat screen TV/DVD player, full bath, full sized washer and dryer, gourmet fully stocked kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry and granite counter tops, plus dining and living space with a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and entertainment center.

Upstairs is just as spacious with a beautiful master suite with a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, soaking tub and walk in shower, second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and a full bath. Unit has central AC and wireless high speed internet service is available.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
- A BBQ is available at the community clubhouse, along with a hot tub and pool.
- The pool coping and rec deck repair work has been rescheduled and will begin on August 5th. Work is tentatively scheduled to be complete by Aug. 23, barring any unexpected events such as weather delays. During this time the pool, spa, kiddie pool, restrooms and fitness room will be closed.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
The pool at NA Hale complex will be closed for maintenance May 1-8

Love the layout, location, pool, workout facilities and distance from downtown, yet it’s close to everything we need. We were only left 6 pool/beach towels for 4 adults so we were doing laundry a lot. We were rationed an amount of laundry detergent so we had to buy more. The ice maker didn’t work and we had to have someone come work on it twice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I purchased a nice padded topper for the master and I hope it stays with the property instead of being taken. The mattresses REALLY need to be upgraded. Everything else was great.

We had the best stay at the Na Hale condominium. Loved that it was a two story corner space. We had great views of the ocean and sunset. Very quiet atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling and paddle board equipment that was available to us as well as the ice chest. I wish we didn’t have to wash our own towels on the way out just because we did leave so very early for our flight but we made it work. Communication with fixing an internet issue during booking was easily remedied with talking with the facility. I would 100% stay here again. Well priced and loved the location to the town.

Big Island

The view was fantastic! The townhouse was spacious with a great floor plan. The beds were a little uncomfortable (slightly broken down) but each room was large. The private bathrooms were a great bonus for us. The kitchen was well stocked. We would all (three couples) stay here again.

Excellent property; frustrating rule

The property is beautiful, with a million-dollar view! It was roomy and well-appointed, with exceptional decor. The location was ideal for our needs. My complaint is that guests are expected to wash and dry all towels and any extra blankets used during their stay. For a luxury vacation home at this price point, this seemed unreasonable.

Family vacation

It was a great VRBO for a family of 6. There is a fantastic snorkeling beach close by, and it’s not too far to restaurants and such. Everyone had a great time. The view was perfection, as well.

Beautiful property with horrible service

Not sure what happened as this property is beautiful and well taken care of. Management company forgot to let me know how to get in and we immediately realized the air conditioner was broken. We also realized that probably they came in and cleaned the carpeting and never camp back to finish the prep for move in. Trash cans on top of dressers, no paper towels, toilet paper, etc
 Heat wave and they could not get it properly fixed for 3 days because of their chain of command. I call the management company, they call the local management company, they call the person at actual townhouse association to call the HVAC company - it was insane and I had to wait for service people to come to make sure they fixed things. Had to have my 90 year old mother and others sleep in other places, but my autistic son and I had to endure the heat/no sleep for 3 nights. Received no compensation and whole thing was just incredibly awful and rude. Also know that there is no BBQ and the pool has none as well because of covid. Too bad as this is an incredible place, great view, etc
., but really bad service!

Awesome Home Away from Home!!

Wow! We did not want to leave this lovely condo! It was a perfect blend of all the comforts of home in the beautiful tropical setting of Hawaii. It was everything we envisioned and hoped for. We are eager to return to this lovely place!!!

Beautiful View

This is a great place to stay. Home is roomy and kitchen is well stocked. Lanai comfortable and great vies of ocean from lanai, living room and mater bedroom. Pool is nice sized and easy to walk to. Short drive to services ( gas, grocery, dining and beaches). the carpeting could use a good shampooing and was disappointed that there was no barbecue as last place we stayed had one which allowed us to grill our own dinners. Would definately stay here again though as we had such a nice and relaxing visit.

Great spot with limitations

The property itself was clean, comfortable and well outfitted. There were a few disappointing details that made for a less than perfect experience for us. The hot tub and gym have age limits that are enforced even when parents were present and no other residents were around. To use the gym, you need to be 16. This was a disappointment to my son, who plays competitive hockey and wanted to work out while we were away. Kids need to be 12 to go in the hot tub. To walk off the property, you need to walk on the shoulder of a busy road. There is a sidewalk as you leave the property, but it ends and we were left to walk right beside traffic. Our check in was handled impersonally. I emailed in advance to see if we could check in an hour early as we were travelling with an infant. I received a form email notifying me that for a substantial fee we could check in at noon instead of 4. No effort was made to see if it might be available.

Great experience.

Great experience again. Everything was as described. Couple issues with dishwasher, just needs to be replaced. Agree with one reviewer a bbq would be nice at property just for convenience. Definitely stay would stay here again.

Hear the sound of waves crashing from the patio.

Our family stayed for 2 weeks in July in this well-appointed condo. It had everything we needed and was a great location from which to explore the island. Far enough from downtown Kailua to be peaceful and quiet, but close to shopping and restaurants. When we first arrived, we discovered that none of the electrical outlets in the master bedroom were working, but the management company sent an electrician out right away to solve the problem. The jacuzzi in the community pool area did not have operating jets the entire time we were there, but otherwise everything was great. Cyclists should be aware that all routes from this location are uphill for several miles (except for Ali'i Drive). Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful views and perfect accommodations for a family!

Condo was clean with gorgeous views where we could watch for whales and nightly sunsets! We really enjoyed the patio. Conveniently located to shops and the beach. Perfect size for our family... it was nice having a “home” to stay in... kitchen was well stocked, except coffee mugs were limited (which I’m sure is just because they’ve broken over the years from renting). we enjoyed the conveniences of having a washer/dryer along with beach chairs to use during our stay! It was also nice to have games and books available for nights or rainy days. Only issues were that we could not figure out how to use the tv, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with staying here!

Great accommodations for our anniversary getaway.

Unit N1 at Na Hale worked swimmingly well for our anniversary with our two adult children and their significant others. The three bedrooms and three baths, wonderful Hawaiian decor, gorgeous views, pool access, and proximity to public access beaches were all major considerations when booking and this site delivered them all. We had a fantastic stay and greatly appreciated the amenities including beach gear made available to us. We had a couple hiccups in our eleven night stay but for the most part they were resolved quickly and professionally. The washer required work and a repairman was dispatched the same day we called. We had some difficulty figuring out the many keys, specifically one that allowed us to get out of the complex on foot but eventually found the one needed. Really the only complaint I heard was that the carpets could be cleaner.

Wonderful stay

My son, husband and I had such a nice week in this property. It had everything we needed and more and was in a nice quiet location toward the end of town, yet very close to anything you might need. We spent days exploring beaches and afternoons by the pool. Cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen and watched sunsets from the back lanai. It was nice to have a gym facility and overall just perfect for us and more than we needed. We hope to come back soon.

Family Vacation

My family spent a great week at this beautiful condo. A family of six adults and a one year old had plenty of room and all the amenities we could ever need. The condo was beautifully decorated with great furnishings. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for cooking Ahi and making Poki. All the beach items needed were in the garage including beach towels and chairs. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the patio viewing the Pacific were great. An active family we swam, and snorkeled at different beaches, kayaked to Capt. Cook, toured the island and visited two of the National Parks. This condo was a great start and end point for our adventures. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, very responsive and assisted us in every way. The Sun Quest management staff were equally responsive and very helpful. The community was beautiful and well maintained. The pool with a one yr. was a great place to spend late afternoons. We will be back and the Na Hale Keauhou N1 is our first choice. A great vacation!
