Récemment rénové Superbe 5 étoiles Ocean View Condo avec toutes les commodités!

Notre unité est spacieuse avec de hauts plafonds, la lumière du soleil fabuleuse et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Cette unité de troisième étage élevé offre une magnifique véranda avec une vue sur des parcours de golf impeccables, des fleurs tropicales, des formations de lave naturelle et des palmiers luxuriants, le tout sur un magnifique fond bleu océan.

Le condo est de qualité cinq étoiles tout au long de sa rénovation complète fin 2015. Il dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Les armoires de cuisine et de salle de bain sont en érable cappuccino avec d'élégants comptoirs en granit. Un nouveau carrelage complète les pièces du bas, la véranda et les espaces de vie. Le loft a un sol en vinyle de la plus haute qualité. Il y a un barbecue à gaz sur la véranda, des unités de climatisation dans toutes les chambres (récemment ajouté dans la chambre en mezzanine), des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, une cuisine entièrement équipée, Internet haut débit avec accès WiFi, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, et centre de divertissement avec télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre principale principale. Les clients devraient également trouver des serviettes de plage pour une journée à la plage.

The condo was clean and had many amenities to enhance our stay like beach towels and chairs, beach toys and different kitchen items we did not have to buy. Check in easy and smooth. Mike was very prompt with any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the best appointed condo I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed in quite a few. The appliances are lovely..and EVERYTHING worked perfectly! Lovely decor and so much was provided for. All the staples were there, soaps, coffee, paper products.We had a wonderful stay. A well cared for condo and a thoughtful host!

This was the perfect place to stay for a week-long vacation on the big island! We loved the pool and used it daily (and we were often the only ones swimming in it!), we could drive to the beach easily, and the home was well-appointed with anything you’d need. The rooms were spacious and clean, the balcony’s sunsets were extraordinary, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! It was a great home for a multi-generational family vacation and we would absolutely stay again!

This property was incredible. It is well maintained, beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful, discreet location that overlooks a beautiful golf course. We were able to take short, uphill walks to great restaurants with great views of the ocean and outstanding sunsets and downhill strolls to a small harbor and beach. We had a fantastic, relaxing time and our host was awesome to work with and very supportive in our adventures. We would do this again in a microsecond at this location and with this host! We had so much fun. Thank You!!

Everything we needed and more. There was a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, coolers to use towels to use and a wonderful lanai that we spent a lot of time on in the morning. The condo is very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back.

The pictures don’t lie, this unit is gorgeous. Furthermore, it is one of the best equipped rentals I’ve ever patronized, From kitchen to toiletries to beach equipment, we wanted for little and what we bought, we gladly donated as we left as the home had more of a community-use vibe than the usual managed-minimalist vibe. Like others, we also found ourselves the frequent lone users of the nearest pool and community grills. We also found that we were as entertained watching the wildlife associated with the small gulch along the golf course out back as the golfers themselves. So many beautiful birds - bring binoculars! I shopped a long time before I landed on this place for our vacation for 6 adults. It was an amazing deal from a top notch renter.

Great place to stay

Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park).

This has been one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was convenient. The place was well furnished and all the things available made it feel like we were home, they made our trip so much better. We had access to beach towels, snorkels, beach chairs and boards. Also the kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals at the condo, and I felt like I had everything I needed. We I’ll love to stay here again!

Paradise found

This kinda was more than we expected. The location close to shopping centers in peaches was perfect for our stay. The views from the lanai every morning and every night were breathtaking. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that you have absolutely everything that you could think of that you would need for your stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever get to the big island again would definitely stay here.

It's hard to leave such a beautiful place. The location was ideal, close to shops, beaches, golf!

My wife Maureen and I have twin 19 year olds, Aiden and Adela. My parents have had their primary residence on the Big Island of Hawaii about 850 ft. above the city of Kailua Kona for almost 20 years. We have been visiting them for years and they were the ones who turned us on to purchasing our investment property in Country Club Villas when this third story unit became available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We did a full remodel in 2015, which took 6 months to complete. My mother use to own an interior design center in Portland, Oregon and she supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality, and since we usually stay at my parent's home when we visit, we wanted to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Not only did we remodel our condo with the highest quality materials, but we are one of a few Hawaii rentals that has A/C units in each of the bedrooms. Most rentals in Hawaii only come equipped with ceiling fans. For the comfort of our guests, we wanted to ensure each bedroom had an in-wall A/C unit. This really makes a difference from other rental properties and you can't beat the view from our lanai!
