This place is GREAT!!! The beds were so comfortable! It is very nostalgic with some beautiful furniture pieces inside. So nice when hosts are willing to let us renters experience a piece of their history. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this little cabin!! It was perfect for my needs! Karen was a lovely host and very kind when I locked the wrong door! The two small dogs with us enjoyed the enclosed area for them! Thank you Karen and I will definitely look at this place first, the next time I need a place to stay in this area!!

Great stay as described

We had a celebration of life at a family member close to the stay. I live in Louisville so would've been a far drive once the celebration was over. The stay was unique and well kept. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself

Our stay was wonderful. We had a festival in Lebanon to work and this place was ideal. It is close to the town but in the country. We saw deer on the way up the driveway. The bed was amazingly comfortable! I could have slept all day! We lacked for nothing...they even had shampoo in the shower. The porch was relaxing. We highly recommend this cabin.

We were looking for an off the beaten path and we were lucky to have this home to came back to every night of our stay. We loved sitting on the porch swing enjoying out morning coffee and listening to the sounds of nature. Home was clean well equipped and overall just perfect.

It was very relaxing and peaceful. The owner was very nice. She answered all my questions. If you are traveling with elderly people then the down stairs bedroom is perfect. The house always stayed a nice temperature. The front porch was great. The swing would be more comfortable with cushions but it was nice to watch the birds. I would recommend adding a light to the stairs up on the porch. At night they are hard to see. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a good stay overall. The listing was accurate, though I don’t recall it mentioning the property being two stories. But I guess I should have assumed it was two stories from the outside pictures. So that might be on me. Not a big issue, but worth noting that the stairs are quite steep. We didn’t use the kitchen, TV, or WiFi, so can’t comment on those.The screened-in porch was a must—the bugs outside were intense, so we really appreciated being able to relax there. Beds were adequate and comfortable enough for our stay. The owner was upfront about the rough driveway, though I wish that detail had also been in the listing.Location is very convenient—just 5–10 minutes from the main town. We didn’t encounter any issues that required help from the host, so everything went smoothly. Overall, we were happy with our stay and found it to be a nice, quiet spot close to town.

This home was beautiful and in a great area. Perfect for the kids to unwind and the dogs to stretch for an evening after a long drive. We hope to come back and stay for several days next time and explore the bourbon trail. Karen was extremely quick to respond and answered any questions we had. The house was spacious and spotless!
