Very nice property, outdoor area and pool were great. Location was convenient for our trip, easy to get to everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

The house is pristine. Beautiful and very clean. The pool/spa area is truly designed for family fun. Communication with owners was great and they went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home with a nice pool and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This property is in a prime spot for going downtown, ordering in, or going to the beach. Great location and nicely decorated for a comfortable stay.

Perfect stay!

It was the perfect stop for our family! Pool was perfect, hot tub was lovely and clean. Everything was clean and new. We were greated with condiments in the fridge, coffee with cream too. Great place to stay for a family, great price!

Wonderful Family Friendly Home!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cute house! There were so many added amenities that were a wonderful touch! Our son loved the flamingo in the pool, sports balls/rackets, and swingset!! The coffee bar was a great surprise, and we also loved the pool, hot tub, and location. It’s located very close to friends who live in the area, so we look forward to returning in the future! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Stay

What a great home! My family and I had an amazing time. The check in/out process was very smooth. The home is located close to Cape Coral’s main street. The owners paid attention to every single detail. Great wifi, smart tvs everywhere, nespresso and coffee machine, new kitchenware, clean/comfortable beds/couch, spacious patio with pool. Moder and clean decor. Very good energy! My snall dog also had a great time and space to play. Reccomend!

Amazing rental!!!

My husband and I were in Cape Coral for spring break and happened across this super cute rental. From the beginning, the owners were easy to get a hold of and very nice. The check-in process was super easy. We were blown away with how clean and updated the entire house was, plus the amenities were really great. We loved the pool and the hot tub was incredible!!! I was so impressed that there was salt/pepper and even some basic condiments in the fridge...so many rentals don't provide anything, so it was so nice that we didn't have to purchase some of that. It was also nice to have some beach chairs and a beach bag to utilize. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows! Having the Weber gas grill plus a bunch of pots/pans and all the necessities in the kitchen made cooking a breeze. We don't have any complaints about our stay. We would absolutely come to this rental again next year. The area is very cute and conveniently located to grocery stores and the Cape Coral beach. While the Cape Coral beach is rather small, it's nice to have a beach nearby with little fuss. There are lots of great spots in Cape Coral to visit (we love the Twisted Lobster for seafood), and Fort Myers is a quick drive for plenty of nightlife spots and things to do. The Fort Myers beach / Lani Kai are also coming back to life, so we had a great time over there as well. Highly recommend these renters and the location overall! Thank you!!

We fell in love with this quiet neighborhood, it’s so convenient to get anything you need with Publix around the corner, local restaurants and shops a couple blocks away, yacht club, harbors and beaches just a hop and a skip away.
