This 3-bedroom house in The Villages of Parkwood is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of a communal gym, pool, hot tub, yoga room, children’s room, etc that is located only a short distance down the road (approximately 1/4 mile away) There is also internet and a washing machine and dryer for use in the house during your stay! The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Experience what The Villages has to offer with a stay at our marvelous house. The home has a communal clubhouse which includes a pool, hottub, gym, kids room, computer room, rec center etc. A key card will be available to you to use these facilities upon signing a waiver. A black clicker is available for guests arriving after 10pm. Please note if you arrive later than 9pm the front gate may be locked. If it is locked when you arrive you will have to walk to the property to retrieve the clicker to enter with your car.

Light switches in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms did not work. Next door neighbor let their two dogs run freely throughout, each time we attempted to sit on patio, dogs were upon us barking.No access to garage for car.

Golf outing

Location is within 15 to 20 minute golf cart ride to several golf courses. 10 minute cart ride to spanish springs square 3 minute cart ride to convenience store Patti our host great and responded to emails and any of our questions in a timely manner Thank youPattiFrom the guysfrim Vermont!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a Home owner. We are expecting accountability and true empathy for our experience and was refunded only 1 or the 2 nights. We arrived on July 25th at about 10pm exhausted from driving and stuck for 2 hours due to accident-I called and spoke to Host and said we would be late and she said it was fine and gave me instructions in case gate was locked and apologized for any inconvenience. We opened the door and the lights were out and the Heat hit us in the face. It felt like 100 degrees and my dog began to pant. My husband turrned on light and looked at thermostat which was blank but we discovered the batteries were removed. He went out searching for batteries for an open store, came back and put the batteries in. The light came on thermostat showing 87 degrees, we tried for 15 min to get it to go on. My husband is a handy man so tried to look for breakers but the garage was locked so he could not do anything more. I had been calling and texting host as it was so hot and we had no where to go at 11pm. She texted me back at 1130pm with whats the probem, Iam confused, we had other guests and no issues, and there is nothing i can do I am sorry.. We endured such a horrific night, took cold water in rrom, fan blowing hot air-left at morning around 8am after walking dog and when I was throwing away trash around bag heard the unit outside turn on and then after 15 sec or so off, I texted her and let her know this information and that.

I’m sorry you got in after 11pm. Even at 11:30pm I responded to you. What can I do when it is the middle of the night and no repair people are available? I apologized numerous times and stated I would have a repair person over to the property first thing in the morning. At 8:30am the repair person came to fix the air conditioning unit. A part had broken on it which is out of my control unfortunately. It was fixed immediately. For having to deal with such extreme heat I did state I would refund your money for one night (in which I did). I was going to wave the cleaning fee but cleaner told me you trashed the place.

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable. Close to shops and food. Host response was very quick. Definitely would stay there again.
