Beautiful three bedroom, three bath on High Rock Lake with private dock and plenty of space for that perfect lake vacation!

We do NOT allow events as we are in a residential area area - please see directions to our home in your welcome email as we have been advised map apps are not accurate due to the position of our home !!!

Nearest public boat access is only 12 minutes by car - so please bring your boat/Jet ski and enjoy the dock - or visit the High Rock Marina and rent a pontoon boat - maps in the images and full details in the welcome packet.

We have Three levels for you and your guests to spread out. Enjoy lake life, just steps away from the back door, with the two kayaks and paddleboat provided, or just relax and fish off the dock. Plus lots of large floating platforms to chill out in our sheltered natural lagoon.

Bad weather? No problem! The garage has been converted to a gathering space with tv, pool table and video game to entertain. So many memories to be made at High Rock lake!

Is fishing good at High Rock Lake?
High Rock Lake has a well earned reputation as one of the best places in North Carolina to catch largemouth bass.

The space
There are three levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level.

Living room: Has a large, comfortable sectional to relax on with three sliding glass doors to view the lake as you relax. Plenty of throws and pillows to ensure a perfect experience.

Kitchen: Galley kitchen stocked with brand new dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Includes a drip coffee, K cup and also just added a Nespresso and frothier as well as a French press - so ever coffee option is covered - there is also a Kettle for the who understand Tea is best served with boiling water. We also have ever cooking gadget you will need from a table top grill to Air fryer and more.

Dining room: Large table to seat 8. Views of the lake from the table.

Upper level primary bedroom: aka The Birds Nest - A King bed with new mattress firm sleep, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with awesome walk in glass shower.

Main level bedroom aka The Midships : Two double beds, large walk-in closet. Hall bathroom that also serves as the powder room for the day (if needed)

Basement level bedroom aka Below Decks : King bed, closet. Hall bathroom

Basement level: Large living area with TV and queen pull out couch. Laundry room with full size stackable washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and more beach towels for lake.

Converted Garage: Hang out area with pool table, arcade game, tv, and bar. Has it's own heat and air system for your comfort, two sofas and plus a dog station for the fur babies in our lives.

Outside Upper Deck: 3 Adirondacks and 6 person dining table with umbrella and the new Char-boil Grill

Outside Lower Patio: 6 person 65 jet Hot tub, 4 person table and chairs, Traeger pellet smoker.

Yard: Firepit with 6 chairs, 6 amazing winter throws can be found in the lower lounge, plus additional cushions, 1 large wood trolley

Large Lake toys : 2 kayaks, paddleboat

Shed: Lake toys inc Large 6 person floating deck and fishing poles, 2 mountain bikes (coming summer 2025)

Finch Park Mountain Bike Trail
Ride the MTB Trail at Finch ParkThe Finch Park MTB trail is a winding trail that follows a section of Abbott's Creek. The trail includes a .5 mile beginner loop that can be ridden independently, or as a part of a larger 5 mile intermediate loop. The beginner loop is designed for bikers who are looking for an introduction to unpaved trails, and is made up of two distinct sections. The creek side section is a beautiful winding trail with few obstacles that follows a section of Abbott's Creek, while the second half of the loop consists of a series of gentle hills, rollers, and berms that ebb and flow through the woodland forest. Phase 2 of trail improvements will increase the trail to nearly 4 miles.
