Welcome to Crestview Heights!
A gorgeous 4 BR/3.5 BTH home located in Chattanooga boasting incredible city skyline views from the grand windows throughout the home! Quick freeway access brings you to Downtown Chatt in minutes!! This home has modern furnishings and updated décor making you feel a sense of relaxation during your stay. Sleeping 10 guests, Crestview Heights is a wonderful home with 2 large living rooms, hot tub, and a deck with great seating to take in the views! Come stay with us!
Our Favorite Things About This Home:
Crestview Manor is clean, spacious, and naturally well-lit due to the airy light that pours in through the large windows. You will be in awe of the magnificent views throughout the home! The 6 person hot tub is a great amenity during your stay and one of our favorite things about the home is how family friendly it is! There are stairs gates on every level of the home, sound machines in every bedroom, a pack n' play travel crib, as well as an arcade room, board games, and puzzles all provided! Enjoy the unique mural in the front entry way showcasing the location of popular Chattanooga attractions that you can see from the house. We know you will enjoy this quiet and safe neighborhood, as you kickback and relax after a day of adventuring!
Home Layout:
As you enter the home you will be welcomed into the beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has bar-stool seating as well as an 8-person dining room table overlooking the magnificent views. There is a coffee station with medium-roast coffee provided for your use, and the laundry room can be accessed directly off the kitchen. In the living room you will find a Smart TV, armchairs, sofa, and a cards table, as well as board games, puzzles, and a record player. The deck with porch seating is just outside the living room area and a gas grill is also available outside the home on the concrete pad near the corn hole boards. Head upstairs to the master bedroom where you'll find a King bed, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV and a couple of chairs to enjoy more gorgeous views through the windows. The master bathroom attached has a double vanity sink and a large walk in tiled shower. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs in addition to a second full bathroom in the hallway! The Queen bedroom also showcases city skyline views in addition to a smart TV and you will find the last bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and a twin with a smart TV as well. Lastly, downstairs in the basement there is a King bedroom with a Smart TV and the second living room with the game room! There are 2 arcade machines, another full bathroom with a standing shower and the back door allows for access to the 6 person hot tub outside on the back patio! There is a sofa bed in the downstairs basement living room.
Things to Know About The Property:
1. No dogs allowed on the property
2. Property sits above I-24 and you will hear road noise outside. Inside is very slight and barely noticeable but there are sound machines in all bedrooms for your convenience!
3. No cable â you can log into your own apps on the Smart TV's (in both living rooms and all bedrooms)
4. No guest access to inside of garages â owner access only
5. Plenty of parking in front of the home and along the street. PLEASE NOTE: Trailers and oversized trucks are prohibited due to no easy access for oversized vehicles to turn around.
Lady Bugs:
You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.
Hot Tubs:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.
Weather and Outages!
Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.
