It's a nice place for a girls weekend, especially the brewery right next door! Walking distance to Choo Choo and Frothy Monkey. Lots of stairs so be prepared to get your "steps" in.

Great place to stay! Literally right next door to a brewery which was great for my group. Parking was EXTREMELY tight but I drive a slightly larger car. Place was clean, had great amenities, and suited all of our needs. When we arrived we had found one of the handrails broken. They sent someone out to fix it in like 10 minutes, it was awesome!

There was plenty of parking on the street and there is parking in the garage, however it's a little garage. Only one of the 3 cars we all had fit in the garage and it was tight. That was a kia telluride for reference. The house is nice, there are a lot of steps, so if you are staircase challenged you may want to consider another place. But there was everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We would rent again.

Our stay was so fun!! Great location, clean home, kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. I will say though - there are lot of stairs, the windowsills were dirty which we cleaned because had small children & there is a truck yard across the street so it does get loud all times of the day. It's not bother the children for us because they all sleep is on machines. Thanks for a lovely are stay and time!

Exactly as expected

We had a great time in Chattanooga and this place was exactly as listed. Good location, super clean and in good condition, and easy check in / check out. We had adults and teens from 3 families and everyone had space. Would look for this place first, if we’re back in the area.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a blast. The house was so clean, beautifully decorated, and very convenient. There is a brewery next door that was our favorite spot! The host (Candice) was awesome - she has another property in Chattanooga too. We will plan to stay here on every visit to Chattanooga!

Great Place

Great place located right next to a brewery. This area of Chattanooga is on its way up and is only a couple of miles from downtown. Very new, very clean and very accommodating. We had a great time.

We stayed for a quick girls weekend, and this place checked all our boxes. One of the rare spots with nice big beds for EACH of us. Thank you. Candace was a wonderful host! All of our instructions were clear and easy to understand. Getting into our property was a breeze and having a garage was wonderful. We were within walking distance of just about all the things we wanted to do as well. We’ve already decided this is the spot we’ll stay when we get back since the location is great and the space to ourselves was wonderful. We had all the amenities we needed, and when I had a question, Candace got back to me lickity split!

Great stay

Great accommodations. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Parking was a bit challenging but it worked out. Lot of stairs but manageable - handrails were a bit loose. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great Family getaway

The property looks just like the photos. It was perfect for my family of four along with our friends’ family of four. We had more than enough space and everything was clean. There are A LOT of stairs but I was prepared for it and liked that the bunk room was on the same floor as the primary bedroom/ensuite. The location was fantastic as well. Close to all the things we wanted to do including lookout mountain.

Girls trip success

Had the best stay at this townhome. Great location, super clean, good communication& just the right amount amenities. Only downside is that the garage will not fit a large SUV. We will be back sans a big car.

We had a great stay for 7 adults (3 in late teens, early 20s). There are a lot of stairs, there are 4 floors, but we let one of the young ones take the bedroom on top floor. Very clean, provided everything we needed, and plenty of space. It's located in a more commercial/industrial area so there's not a lot super close to walk to, but it's less than 5 minute drive to plenty of restaurants. Also very convenient to tourist spots like Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. Street parking would get filled up quickly in the evenings, but we were able to use the attached garage. Overall very pleased, thank you!

Great townhouse in convenient location

Great location for a weekend in Chattanooga. We were there for the bike race and could ride to the start from the house. Close to the aquarium and science center. Right next door to a very popular brewery, but it closes at 10 pm so got quiet enough to not miss sleep. House was quiet even with activity outside.

Great place!

Communication was amazing!!!! The place itself isn’t in the best area, but it was decent. Away frik downtown, but not too far. There is A LOT of construction going on. Building new condos etc. working directly outside the window. The place was beautiful and spacious.
