The air conditioning issue was first reported the day before your scheduled departure. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for an HVAC technician to come out as quickly as possible to diagnose and address the problem. We understand how frustrating it is to experience an unexpected maintenance issue while on vacation, and we worked promptly to resolve it. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom condition to our attention. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we've shared your comments with our housekeeping team so the bathroom can be thoroughly inspected and addressed if any additional deep cleaning or repairs are needed. Our homes are stocked with bath towels based on the property's occupancy, but if additional towels are ever needed during a stay, we're always happy to provide more when we're made aware.
