The area was great, the resort was always clean. Could have used a Swiffer to clean the floors since we were there over a month. Pool area was so nice.

Fun but very short visit.

We have a great stay just too short. The condo was well kept. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and fun in the pool, hot tub and lazy river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Great time condo was very nice exactly as described

We had a great time enjoyed having a restaurant and bar on the premises. The condo was exactly as described on the website very nice and cozy highly recommend. Only downside is kinda far from the boardwalk.

First time booking on VRBO and with this host and I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted. The condo did not match the reviews at all for cleanliness!! EXTREMELY dirty, dusty, and needs a complete deep clean. We had to go immediately and purchase almost everything from plates, silverware, sheets, pillows, cleaning products, blankets, towels, ect. Host was useless and just quit communicating. Offered to send a cleaning person but with minor children I declined as this should have been done before we checked in and not interrupting our short vacation. Will be contacting VRBO with screenshots on our conversation with the host and the plentiful pictures from when we checked in. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT NOR WITH THIS HOST!!!

We strongly dispute this review because it omits key facts and does not fairly reflect what occurred during this stay. When the guest raised concerns, we responded promptly and offered immediate housekeeping service. That offer was declined, and the guest refused to allow us the opportunity to address any alleged issue during the stay. The guest also claimed they had to purchase numerous household items, yet failed to provide any receipts or supporting evidence for those alleged purchases. The guest stayed through the reservation and only requested a full refund after checkout. Under those circumstances, the request was not reasonable, particularly where the guest declined the very assistance that was offered to resolve the concerns in real time. We take guest concerns seriously and work hard to address legitimate issues promptly. In this case, we were available and willing to help, but the guest chose not to allow any corrective action and later posted a review that does not accurately reflect our response.

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay again. The pools, hot tubs, lazy river and beach are exactly as pictured. Food at the bar downstairs by the pool area is good and not horribly priced for the convenience of it. Communication with host was easy and reliable. We had no issues during our stay. Everyone was nice. The hotel staff were also friendly!

The view of the beach from our balcony was great. The unit was very quiet. Communication by the owner was thorough and very helpful. We like the list of restaurants recommended by previous tenants.Info on when the card is needed to access the building could have been more clear.
