It's perfectly located within walking distance from award-winning nightlife, grocery stores, restaurants, a local favorite record store/coffee shop/café, the delicious Shipley's donut shop, and the fantastic Hburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park.

Take advantage of the 24'x24' deck overlooking a private pond. It has a rural and scenic feeling unique to being located near the center of town. The front porch and back patio are shared space with the attached unit.

Our home is over 80 years old and though greatly cared for shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina both inside and out.

A starter supply of essentials is provided for convenience including coffee/cream/sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover wipes. These items are not restocked durning your stay.
