Points faibles : Arrivée
The cabin and location were as advertised and met our families needs very well. Unfortunately we had several issues from the entry code not working, Air conditioning shutting off, lights not working, WiFi modem not charging, freezer not making ice, and the worst of all the septic tank was overfull and backed up into the showers on the ground floor. The good news is the Sky Run agency was extremely responsive to every call or text and did their best to resolve all of our issues. They had an HVAC crew come fix the AC, a septic truck drained the tanks, and they sent a cleaning crew to clean the showers and bathrooms. I did not get to relax much at all because I was constantly having to manage these problems and coordinate solutions or solve them myself. I requested a discount for having to deal with all of these issues and do without some of the amenities like WiFi that I was expecting, but I have not been offered any resolution on that request or offered a discount on a return visit. I understand problems arise occasionally and I have rented VRBO in multiple locations for many years without this many problems combined. When you consider this was only a 3 night stay there was a lot to deal with. My family enjoyed the Broken Bow area and this cabin on the river was great. We just had a lot of fundamental issues that forced me to be in constant contact with Sky Run. We will definitely be back but probably won't stay in this same cabin because maintenance was not a priority.
